Their turnaround in ordering was very fast (only took a week and a half) and they even provided us with a lifetime warranty.

Me and my wife went there to shop for a Rolex, Tal which in my opinion is not a very honest guy, gave us wrong information just to get us to come back.
1. They promised us a $300 discount
2. 0% interest for 12 month
3. $0 down payment
4. They offered to ship our watch to vegas to avoid paying taxes, THATS A FRAUD AGAINST THE TAX AUTHORITIES, WE WOULD NEVER AGREE TO IT.
We came back to the store after researching and finding out they proposed a good deal.
HERE IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING...
They said they first want to run our credit to see if we will get approved and then they will honor their proposal, we said ok.
After they ran the credit, and got us approved, they came back saying they can only do $150 off, when we said NO they offered $300 off with only 6 months 0% interest, when we said NO, then they came back with $150 off with 12 months 0% interest ALL WE WANTED IS FOR THEM TO HONOR WHAT THEY PROMISED FROM THE FIRST PLACE.
THEY KEPT ON PLAYING GAMES WITH US UNTIL WE SAID ENOUGH AND JUST LEFT THE STORE!!!
THE SAD PART IS THAT THEY RAN OUR CREDIT FOR NOTHING AND OPENED AN $11,000 line of credit to our name.
The manager of the store was super rude and starting cursing us and telling us we waisted her time when she understood there will be no sale here. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR COMMISSION. We already consulted with our lawyer and laying our options he is also going to reach out to Rolex and to the financing company
