Worry Free Transportation
We used Royal Coach for our wedding transportation in June 2023. The team at Royal Coach were extremely easy to work with. From first quote to last drop-off, they were incredibly responsive and professional. Pick ups and drop offs from multiple locations went off without a hitch and the drivers were so friendly! Honestly I can’t believe how easy the whole process was and am so grateful that we booked with Royal Coach.

Reliable and flexible transportation
My husband and I used Royal Coach for our wedding transportation in Sonoma, summer of 2022 and had a wonderful experience.
We reserved a 56-person coach bus and a 31-person mini bus to get our wedding party and guests to / from the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Royal Coach was really flexible with our needs, and we’re grateful for how helpful Nick, Diane, and Gloria were. They let us make modifications to the timing and pickup / dropoff locations just a few weeks before the wedding when we received RSVPs from our guests. It required a bit of coordination and they were consistently very helpful and responsive.
On the day of the wedding, the shuttles were prompt (actually early). Both of our drivers (Alan and Xavier) were professional and wonderful. They were made all the journeys perfectly on time.
We’re so appreciative that Royal Coach was easy to work with and reliable throughout the process. It was one less thing to worry about during our wedding planning process and during the day of!

Wonderfully attentive. We rented a 16 passenger limo for our wedding party, and a 27 passenger and 31 passenger shuttle for our guests to travel from Fairfield to St. Helena. I do not live in the area, so everything was set up over the phone, and they were very helpful and concise. The drivers were punctual with their arrival, they were patient with our delays, and they were incredibly helpful when they found out there was an accident on the road we would be traveling so that we could plan accordingly (and send out the distress calls to our guests to get to the buses earlier than anticipated). The only regret I have is that we had vendor meals for them, and I didn't have the individual bus drivers phone numbers to call them after we were in the event and I realized I hadn't told them. One of our groomsmen went and found them and they were able to join for dessert, but still feel bad about that.

I cannot believe how horrible the service was from this company. Especially the complete lack of customer service and respect. I have detailed my experience below.
1. After scheduling 2 pickups, the driver only did one pickup and then did not pick up the 2nd wave of guests from their hotels and drove right by the hotel. This caused my entire wedding to be pushed 45 minutes and costed me over 1.5k per hour. Let alone all the stress as a bride who learns that half her wedding party is missing.
2. He was rude to my guests and the onsite staff bascially they had to beg him to go back for the guests he did not pick up during the 2nd scheduled pickup
3. He refused to bring guests home early, even though I paid for the entire night. He only wanted to do a trip with all the guests after the entire wedding was over. This caused the bus to be over capacity and all the guests were standing up and feeling sick.
4. When I had asked for a refund for the manager she insinuated that I was lying and just wanted my money back and said her driver had said differently. She refused to put the customers first and was absolutely RUDE to me throughout our entire conversation. I had to ask for another guest to give her a statement before she even acknowledged that I was telling the truth. After this she only agreed to a 50% refund.
This company has no idea what they are doing and do not understand what good customer service looks like. If you want a successful event I would avoid this company completely.
