What can I say about Sonoma Sterling Limousines in Santa Rosa? WOW is what I can say. Fabulous customer service and on point chauffeur. What a memorable wine country wedding and thanks to SSL!

We hired Sonoma Sterling Limousines for our daughter's recent wedding in Santa Rosa. Working with the people in the front office was easy. The driver, Cooper, arrived on time in the beautiful, late model limo; and our wedding party was more than satisfied with their experience.

We made a last minute decision that we were going to hire a limo to take me from the hotel to the venue which was 7 miles away. A quick Google search led me to Sonoma Sterling. Thankfully their stretch white limo was available. I called and they were very responsive so we were able to transact fast. When booking, keep in mind that they have a 5-hour minimum so even if we only needed it for a one-way 15 minute trip, we had to pay a 5-hour equivalent. I asked if I could maximize the vehicle by picking up people on the way or keeping it for a longer time, they said no. They explained that the rate is different for a one-way trip than a several stop trip. I was hoping that for the money I paid, I would get more out of it but that's not how it works. Just something to keep in mind when renting.

On the day of, Geoff the driver was perfect! He was sweet and patient as we took photos. He didn't rush me, my bridal party nor my family. Geoff even helped shield me from the guests so that I could make a more impactful grand entrance. It was a short trip but he definitely made it more meaningful. Thank you Geoff!
