Chef/ Owner Jason Neroni and his team visit the local farmers markets weekly to provide the freshest ingredients with a menu focusing on local Southern California cuisine with an international influence from Chef's world travels. The Rose Venice prides itself on a house-made approach, including cured meats, full bread and pastry program and herbs grown on site.
