We are Norma Moutal and Mark Giller - Ordained and Certified Interfaith Ministers, professional and experienced ceremony consultants and officiators. Our work is epitomized by establishing a warm, open relationship with each of our wonderful couples. Conveniently located in both Rockland County and New York City, we service the entire Tri-State region and will travel to other states and destinations to accommodate your needs.

At One Heart Personalized Ceremonies we will work with you to handcraft a heartfelt ceremony that reflects your love, beliefs, and the uniqueness of your relationship. Your special ceremony can be as religious or non-religious, traditional or non-traditional as you wish. Depending on your personal preference and our availability, either one of us would consider it a privilege to work with you.

We create and officiate same faith, interfaith, inter-cultural or non-denominational weddings, elopements, commitments, anniversary/vow renewals, and baby naming or blessing ceremonies. In addition, we write and preside at funerals, memorials and unveiling services. We offer wedding consulting, marital and pre-marital counseling. LGBT friendly.
