Our catering business was started after our success as a BBQ competition team, traveling to various states including Georgia, Kansas City, to name a few, winning several grand champion awards including 1st place pork in Georgia and 1st place brisket in Kansas City American Royal. Our passion for bbq lead us to open our own mobile bbq foodtruck.

We have received awards on our food truck as well. Winning best food truck two years in a row for our competing zone, food truck battle, frontier culture museum.

We offer hand pulled pork, brisket, chicken, all smoked with our signature rubs and sauces. Our delicious sides all made fresh with local ingredients. Our customers love our bbq flavors!
