We used Road Yachts for our wedding guest transportation. They were very professional, easy to work with, and were very on time for our wedding day. We had the shuttle go from the hotel in downtown Leesburg to our venue which was Riverside on the Potomac. Even though the venue was kinda in the middle of nowhere and down a dirt road, they had no issues navigating and making sure the guests arrived on time. I would highly recommend their services.

They helped us coordinate drop-offs at two different locations—Airbnbs for the wedding party and hotels for our guests—and were such a huge help in planning out the logistics to make everything run smoothly.
What truly stood out was how accommodating they were. We even had to make changes the day before the wedding, and they handled it without any issues at all. That level of flexibility was such a relief during an already busy time.

Working with Road Yachts was great! They were the only shuttle service that our venue owner trusted to navigate the dark, countryside roads near our venue (after some apparently bad experiences with other local shuttle services – including running into her fence!) We and our guests had absolutely no complaints! They were also super accommodating with some last-minute switches to the guest count! Would definitely recommend!

We got married on 9.14.24 at Fleetwood Farm Winery and Road Yachts provided us with our transportation for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Ron was so easy to work with and was flexible in adding another shuttle last minute when we realized that a lot of our guests were going to utilize the shuttles! They transported over 150 of our guests with ease and were on time for everything. Road Yachts was also far and away the most affordable, yet nice transportation option in the area. Highly recommend!
