Very good experience

The entire process working with RVC was absolutely incredible. Everything from the first emails to the food tasting and planning meetings, down to the day of experience. I cannot count how many guests told us this was the BEST wedding food they have ever had (we did the champagne chicken and tenderloin beef tips)! We used RVC for our butler passed appetizers, plated dinner, all our linens and plate ware, and the late night pizza. Thank you to Karla and Emily for everything! River valley has a big variety of options for you to serve at your wedding. We loved that we could do something different and be very comparable in price as the typical chicken entree. We did prime rib and tropical mahi mahi--we are still craving these dishes! All of our guests loved the food as well. You will not have a bad meal with River Valley!Sent on 08/20/2020

Emily Williams graduated from UW-Stout in 2015 and started her career with River Valley Catering in January 2016. Her favorite part of working with River Valley Catering is connecting with couples at their tastings and working with them throughout their planning process.
Emily has been happily married to Garrett since 2019. In their free time they enjoy spending time camping, walking their dog Mollie, traveling to new places, and whipping up new creations in the kitchen.

Karla Hanson graduated from UW-Stout in 2014. Prior to starting with River Valley Catering in January 2019 Karla worked in many different positions in the serving industry for 10+ years including River Valley Catering's sister restaurant West Wind Supper Club. Karla's favorite part of working with River Valley Catering is connecting with the couples to help create menus based on their vision for their special day. In Karla's free time you can find her hiking with her dog Jax, at a local brewery checking out new brews, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, or on the volleyball court with friends.
