Apples 2 Apples Catering

I have been a meetings, events and catering manager for over 20 years, so to say that I had high expectations of my second wedding is an understatement. The thing is, I didn’t want to stress about it. I wanted it to be fun, relaxed, beautiful, run smoothly and allow me to be present without running around and doing everything. I didn’t want to be a Bridezilla.
Coming from the industry, I knew that the only way to make something run smoothly is to work with vendors who can be your partners, and you can trust to take your vision and execute it without micromanagement.
Apples to Apples Catering was probably the second thing people talked about after they mentioned the venue. People were so impressed with the food. The amount of food, the flavors, the quality and the presentation. Coming from a catering background, I couldn’t have bad food, or not enough. We had plenty of food. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. Corey, our Sales Manager, worked with us when we realized that one of our guests had a dairy allergy. Noticing that literally everything on our menu had some type of dairy in it, we worked to make sure she had a plated meal just for her. They even worked with me to do Walking Tacos for the kids. Kids and weddings are not easy, so why make the parents have to fight to find something they will eat.

We cannot say enough good things about Apples2Apples! Jess and her staff were amazing! You will NOT be disappointed! We planned our wedding from NC and based our choice solely on word of mouth reviews and we are so glad we did. We are planning our next trip to MN and cannot wait to order some butternut squash to take home with us!!

Apples 2 Apples did dinner at our wedding (and we did drinks through Hitch & Sip too), and they were great! The food was quite good, but the staff were the highlight - they absolutely went out of their way to help make everything go right!

When choosing a catering option for our wedding, we are forever thankful that we went with Apples 2 Apples (A’BriTin Catering). From the very beginning we were in contact with Alex Brown. He was amazing and incredibly helpful! Not only did he have continued patience with us and our ever-changing guest count but he kept it real and fun each step along the way! The food was to die for and we received so many compliments from each meal choice! During our wedding we decided to go with a plated option and have Apples 2 Apples serve each meal. The staff manager on sight, DJ, was incredible about checking in with us and making the entire process personal. We are so thankful that our venue, Maidenwood Events, suggested Apples 2 Apples as they were a perfect choice for our wedding!

We absolutely loved working with them on May 1st wedding- they were professional, respectful of COVID-19 protocol, exceptional service to our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the choice of meals and the Hitch & Sip bartenders were absolutely fantastic. Would hire again 10 times over!
