Dee takes immense joy in joining couples in all types of unions. Traditional or eclectic, sacred or nonreligious, River City Vows celebrates love in the heart of the Commonwealth. Dee considers it an honor to be part of your love story.
Services Offered
Choose an express "sign-the-license" event, a sweet & simple "Vows & Rings" ceremony, or a fully-crafted wedding ceremony that fulfills your vision! Rev. Deborah D. Lynch creates ceremonies both sacred (mentions God) and secular (nonreligious). Ceremony packages include up to 30 miles roundtrip, the option to write your own custom vows, and unlimited planning via email, text, or phone. All couples welcome!
