I am stunningly pleased with my entire experience purchasing my wife’s diamond engagement ring from Ritani.

After considerable research and comparison shopping among the major online diamond retailers, I selected a 4.02-carat round laboratory-grown diamond graded F color, VVS1 clarity and Ideal cut by IGI. It has Excellent polish and symmetry, no fluorescence, and excellent proportions. I paired it with Ritani’s The Quinn high-set six-prong solitaire in platinum with its slim 2 mm band.

The finished ring is absolutely beautiful. The diamond has tremendous brilliance, fire and visual presence, while the simple platinum Quinn setting allows the center stone to remain the complete focus of the ring. The six platinum prongs are substantial enough to provide confidence with a diamond of this size without overwhelming it aesthetically.

Ritani also provided exceptional value. Their website was among the easiest jewelry sites I used during my search, and their selection of both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds was enormous. I was able to compare a very large number of stones and found Ritani’s pricing extremely competitive. Based on the quality, proportions and specifications of the diamond I purchased, I believe I received outstanding “bang for the buck” compared with many similar diamonds I encountered at other major online retailers.

Equally impressive was Ritani’s manufacturing communication. I was kept fully apprised throughout the process through both email and Ritani’s “Track Your Order” page. I could follow the diamond being sourced and received, gemologist inspection, platinum casting, polishing, diamond setting, quality assurance and finally shipping. The ring was completed smoothly and actually arrived one day earlier than Ritani’s original estimated delivery date.

Customer service was exceptional. I especially want to recognize Danica C. She was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Whenever I emailed questions to care@ritani.com, the responses were extraordinarily fast—frequently almost immediate. That type of service is especially valuable when making an important jewelry purchase online.

I performed one final independent check after receiving the ring. My wife took it to a highly reputable local jeweler equipped with a binocular gemological microscope. We deliberately did not give the jeweler the IGI report number beforehand. He quickly located the microscopic laser inscription on the diamond’s girdle, read the number independently, and confirmed that it matched our IGI documentation. He also thoroughly examined the Quinn setting and confirmed that the diamond was straight, securely seated and firmly held by all six platinum prongs.

That independent verification was the perfect conclusion to an excellent purchase.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience. We purchased the stone and band and had it set perfectly the same day, while we waited. We decided to change the band a week later and the store honored the credit and did not charge to reset the ring. The customer service was wonderful and the whole experience made getting engaged so effortless. We HIGHLY recommend this store to everyone.

They have great customer service, absolutely beautiful and high quality items, and they've always been kind and professional to us. Even when we had to get my groom's ring resized, they have a 1-year, 1-time free resizing policy. We ordered my engagement ring online through Ritani. Opted for the in-store preview and it was fabulous! I searched around for what I wanted, and couldn't find it so we had it made online through Ritani. I got to select the band and diamond. Was less expensive than every other jewelry store we looked at, and Ritani had better quality and certified diamonds. My engagement ring was appraised for insurance purposes and they appraised it for much higher than we paid. We were on the phone with Ritani a few times re: payment, shipping, etc. - Super responsive, talked with the same person from day 1 and she stayed in touch via email and phone. My ring is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted!
