The Klein family has been servicing Fairfield and New Haven Counties since 1955. Our humble beginnings started when Andrew and Gloria Klein opened a jewelry repair shop in Bridgeport Connecticut. In 1982, with their son Alan, they moved to Shelton to open a retail store, where they formed long lasting relationships with their customers. In 1992, Alan and his wife Michele took over the business and continue to strive to provide the same exceptional service. Alan, a second-generation jeweler and GIA Graduate, brings passion, expertise and a creative ability to design and redesign jewelry for his customers. A.J. Klein Jewelers has a full-service repair department on the premises. We provide expert repairs, custom designs, jewelry appraisals, engraving, pearl & bead restringing, ear piercing and watch repair services. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and the high level of workmanship on all repairs. We carry GIA certified diamonds, fine jewelry, watches, silver fashion jewelry and gifts.
