Love love love my new rings. Michelle & Gary are the best. The bridesmaids loved their necklaces and it was a nice added touch to include our wedding date.

My fiance got my ring online and it was beautiful; however, like many rings- the stone popped out! I went to another jeweler and they did not to so great fixing the ring, but on the recommendation from my parents, we went to Richard's and West. They were extremely helpful and consulted with us on the different options we had to fix the ring. We ended up opting to reset the ring to what it should have been as it was a flat bottom stone. We picked up the ring a few weeks later and wow! They did an absolutely amazing job- taking a 4 prong setting to a beautiful 12 prong setting without compromising the delicate ring. Now the ring is truly unique and I can't even picture what it used to look like!

My fiance designed my engagement ring with R&W and we both could not be happier with the quality of the jewelry and the service provided. He had a family stone and wanted to create his own design and apparently (unbeknownst to me) worked with them on several occasions to work out the exact details of what he wanted. They got it perfect and I can't wait to go back in and choose our bands.

I used Richards and West to appraise my engagement ring and for my wedding band. Michelle was amazing and friendly during the appraisal process which resulted in us going to Richards and West for my wedding band. Betsy assisted us throughout the wedding band process and a ring was designed to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. Betsy made a beautiful unique hand carved design on my ring. My husband and I are both very pleased with the results! Richards and West also completed my ring quickly and in time for the wedding (we hadn't given them a ton of time due to our own procrastination). Michelle and Betsy were both wonderful to work with and I am definitely going to them again for future jewelry.
