My wedding was in the middle of Queen Anne in Seattle. When my husband and I selected our wedding day, we did not know how busy this day was for Seattle. The Rock n Roll Marathon (which is basically an all day event which completely engulfs Seattle), the beginning of Seattle Pride, and the Rat City Roller Girls had a match that evening at the Key Arena...ALL ON THE SAME DAY!

Knowing the events going on in Seattle, we figured that the bus would be a better idea than driving/battling closed streets/parking. Rian braved the monstrous traffic and endless closed streets that day, taking several buses while carting around all of her equipment. The several buses would normally be no problem, however, because of the marathon, the buses she got on diverted from the normal routes without letting the passengers know until it was too late. And on top of that...it was POURING DOWN RAIN all morning!

After arriving to the hotel my bridesmaids and I were staying at, Rian, though I am sure she was quite flustered *but never showed it* got right to business! I am a girl that never really wears much more than mascara, so lots of makeup makes me uncomfortable. Rian did an amazing job of making me feel like I wasn't wearing any makeup at all. It felt natural, clean, but the look really packed a punch. I felt like a rockstar.

My husband and I figured, you only get married once, right? So don't let the rain ruin the opportunity to have some great photos. Because traffic was so terrible, the two photographers, and the two of us ran through Seattle with one bright red umbrella. Even though it rained during our entire photo shoot before the ceremony, my makeup never moved.

Rian was top notch! She did the entire wedding parties make-up and it was absolutely stunning. Since then i have referrred her to my girlfriends and they can't say enough great things about her creativity and nack for making each individual shine.

Rian did make-up for me and all my bridesmaids on my wedding day. She was amazing! I have never felt so beautiful and each of my bridesmaids looked fantastic too! Each of them had different colored dresses and she did a great job at coordinating their make-up with their individual looks. Being someone who doesn't wear much make-up, I was concerned about looking good, but not over done. Rian made my make-up look so natural and flawless. She was great in our consultation before the wedding at listening to what I had in mind (and telling me honestly that some of my ideas would not flatter) and executing it perfectly the day-of. Rian Ashleigh Artistry is amazing. First of all, Rian took one look at me and knew exactly what was going to work on me. I have never felt so beautiful in all of my life. Seriously. I am not a girl that usually wears a lot of make up and Rian really talked me through the best options for me. She catered what make up she did put on me to what was going to make me look great in our wedding pictures. Rian really knows her makeup!! She did an fantastic job with all of my bridesmaids as well. They are of all different backgrounds and everyone looked amazing. Not only is her work amazing, but Rian was also very efficient with her time and our time. Rian Ashleigh is not only extremely talented but she is the utmost professional and a pleasure to work with. I do not typically wear much makeup and wanted a very clean, classic and timeless look.
