Rev. Barbara Joan Wright is a wedding officiant licensed in New York, who forms the ceremony based on each couple’s wishes. Her own marriage has lasted over 50 years, and she is passionate about creating a meaningful event for all of her clients. She will keep the mood and tone of the ceremony as light or as serious as you prefer.

She proudly caters to couples of all genders, and enjoys incorporating children into the big day. In addition, she allows for couples to read their own written vows if they prefer. She is open to any setting of your choosing, including backyards, beaches, or boats. Beyond the actual event, Barbara also provides premarital counseling, spiritual assistance, and vow renewals.
