Piper and Jen are quite the dynamic duo. Don’t let Piper fool you with her small physique. This girl is a fireball! She is dynamic with her workouts and her energy motivates me to push hard. Piper means business! I especially love how she changes her exercises every time and it always makes me sweat and sore afterwards! After the intensity of Piper’s workout, it’s followed with Jen’s mindfulness meditation. This is what makes them a dynamic duo. Jen exudes such positivity and vulnerability. She is genuine and shares tidbits of her personal life experiences that is relatable for everyone. I have always found myself to drift away into meditative states with the calmness of Jen’s guidance and voice. The balance of both their energies is so worth it. And you get a mimosa after … so good!
