I absolutely love my engagement ring and the woman who helped my groom pick it out! I go back all the time for free cleanings. The only downside(for me) is that they switched to a lifetime protection plan right after he got my ring instead of the three year plan we have and they won't let us switch. Other than that, we LOVE them!!

My wedding band was ordered in time for the ceremony, and it arrived in time. The only problem was they ordered the wrong metal. I did not have my band for the ceremony. They are working with us to make it right!
