My fiancé and I went to Mithril's to have a custom setting done for a stone he had already purchased. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Ray helped me to see what the best setting would be for this stone and for me. It was so easy to work with Mithrils and a pleasure. When a business has been going for over 35 years and doesn't need any social media or even a website, you know they're going to do a great job. I love my ring so much. Once we got everything settled, I had it in less than 2 weeks, and there was even a holiday in that time! Straight forward and not 'salesy'. Highly recommended.

We were gifted a beautiful family diamond when we got engaged and had no idea what sort of setting we might want. After talking with Steve a lot and looking at their wax rings from previous custom jobs we still didn't know what to get. When I found a style I loved online from the same period as my fiance's great grandma's wedding (where the diamond is from) I sent them a photo and they were able to do a custom setting. It's perfect and Steve and Ray didn't try to up-sell us like everywhere else we went. At first we were a little unsure about their casual attitudes but after working with them more we grew to appreciate their sense of humor, fantastic work, and laid-back attitude.
