We used Red Maple for our wedding at the Donovan Pavilion and everyone was raving about the food. They were very flexible with creating dishes for our dietary needs. The food was plentiful and the display was beautiful. The food tasted just as great on the wedding night as it did when we had our tasting - something that people often don't get when they use hotel space for large events. Summertime wedding at the Beaver Creek Club
Our experience with Red Maple could not have gone smoother. They had been recommended to me by our wedding planner, but I took over from there. I had a conversation or two with Fletcher, discussing menu possibilities, venue, headcount, etc. He sent me back a couple of possibilities. We decided on Beef Tenderloin and Skuna Bay Salmon. Next was the tasting at their shop. That was nicely done. We enjoyed tasting several appetizers(we did passed hor duerves), as well as the entrees and side dishes. We offered some suggestions on minor changes. Jason, the chef, was present, and was very open to our changes. At the reception, their wait staff was very professional, very attentive without being overbearing, and did a wonderful job. Couldn't have been happier, and will definitely use them again for any occasion or function that we may have(function was at the Beaver Creek club with about 100 attendees)Sent on 02/04/2019
