Deb, our wedding planner, did a fabulous job with our backyard wedding. From the first day she started, she was on top of every detail, responded to my emails and questions very fast and with patience and found a solution to every little issue. She is very detail oriented and has great eyes for decoration! All my guests loved loved how our tent looked, how serving was smoothly taken care of by the waitstaff she hired and how great table decorations and the bar looked. My guests told me that this could be the best way to welcome a crowd. She has great suggestions and will look for budget friendly options if needed. She brought little tables we needed and were not on the rentals and took care of a lot of wedding details such as picking up the wedding cake and ice voluntarily. Also, she and her waitstaff are very reliable, hard working and cheerful people. The wedding went perfect and our guests were very happy. I highly recommend Deb to any couple who is looking for a trustable wedding planner. Thank you Deb.

I was a DIY bride, sure I didn't need a day-of-coordinator. I was wrong - and Deb was my hero! We contacted her 2 months before the wedding, and luckily she could squeeze us in to her schedule. Her questions immediately made us realize how many details we had forgotten, but she was 100% on top of them. Day of when a few vendors were way late, she was like a fairy godmother smoothing everything out so that guests had no idea. To top it off, she's creative, kind, and so professional. If you're getting married in the Hudson Valley, contact her early - she knows everything and everyone!

Deb was our day of coordinator but she went well beyond that in many different ways. Our wedding site was very DIY and we had multiple wedding rentals lists, multiple musicians, and many moving parts. Deb was instrumental in informing us of all the things we needed to be thinking about and making constructive, useful suggestions along the way. She also reviewed our rental lists, visited the site multiple times, coordinated with our caterer who is a restaurant owner and had never catered a wedding before, staffed the event for the caterer and managed a day-of nightmare when one of our rental companies did not deliver until 5:00pm for a 5:00pm wedding start (this was not her fault as I had chosen this particular rental company). Deb assisted in so many different ways that it's hard to consolidate into a short review. We exchanged so many e-mails and calls, and the result was truly a magical, incredible wedding. We could not have done it without Deb and my husband and I are so appreciative of her goliath efforts on our behalf. She is a seasoned pro! Thanks Deb!!!

Deb was a amazing from start to finish! Our event went off seamlessly due to Deb's hard work and attention to the hundreds of details that all need to come together for a fantastic wedding. Her suggestions during the planning process were all spot on. Working on a wedding in a different city can be challenging but Deb was able to keep the lines of communication open between the caterer, rental company, venue and most importantly Bride, Groom and Mom of the Bride. Deb was onsite to oversee the rehearsal and then directed the wedding and reception without missing a beat. When we first started planning we thought we could get by without a planner, but was I ever wrong. Bringing Deb onto the team was the best thing we could have done. I was able to enjoy the wedding and our guests to the fullest. The staff that Deb hired were also fantastic including the 2 babysitters, bartenders and servers.

My fiance and I had not planned originally to have a wedding planner and now, in retrospect, I simply do not know what we would have done without Deb on our team! From expert recommendations for flowers, hair, make-up, and transportation (cute school buses!) to her previous invaluable experience at our venue to her catering and presentation expertise - there were just so many details we would have been at a loss in planning if it weren't for Deb's contributions and organization. We had a lot of special visions and requests for the day and Deb supported them all and helped to make our dreams a reality. The day turned out to be an even more incredible experience than we ever hoped and so much is thanks to Red Letter Event Planning! We can't recommend Deb enough!

Deb was a lifesaver for Hanna and I on wedding day. Couldn't have done it without her. She was our on-site person to coordinate all vendors, made sure setup and break down was taken care of, and managed our wedding timeline to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
One thing that could have been better was up front preparation - there were many email exchanges in order to help Deb gather the right level of detailed information to populate our timeline and hand over all vendor information. I think this could have been done more efficiently in a single meeting (perhaps in person) where we hashed out everything all at once, as it got to be difficult responding to so many emails and requests for information.
Overall, she kept the day moving right along, as we anticipated, and we ended up having a spectacular wedding day. We are grateful for Deb's service and would recommend her to others.
