I am so excited to rate Andrea at Red Letter Cakes. I came into WA from out of state to have our wedding in Seattle. Andrea was flexible to come meet with us and have a tasting! We tasted german chocolate with traditional coconut pecan filling - SO GOOD!! We also had Nutella with white cake (I think) which was AMAZING as well!! We ended up decided on oreo cream filling with chocolate for 2 tiers and nutella with yellow cake on 2 tiers. My husband requested she make it out of applesauce since its a kick he's been on and it came out SO GOOD!!! She was amazing at any feedback we gave her as embarrassed as I was to ask her to give us applesauce haha. Our cake was 4 tiers and I WAS IN LOVE WITH THE END RESULT!!! Andrea delivered 100% - she literally did deliver it too ;) My cake was PINTEREST inspired and she nailed it! Check out her website for a picture of it. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ANDREA!!!
