Art is Such Beautiful Therapy! For the Artist & for the Buyer!

Painting at weddings is the GOAT (Greatest of all Time)!
I am a multi-service artist, but since I have discovered live wedding painting in 2019, it has stolen my heart! Being a helpless romantic, capturing the love in a moment at a wedding is just the ultimate artist's reward for me! I love to travel, so this is naturally my favorite service to offer!

Bio & Storytime:
My parents were both artists, so I always knew I had some natural skill in this area. But, I didn’t realize that it was meant to be my business, my career & my passion in life, until I was, well….older! Better late than never! I fell in love with painting in 2003, when I painted my daughter’s nursery, 8+ months pregnant with her. I started painting some murals and paintings for others shortly thereafter. I was busy with my newborn when I needed a little girl time & escape. So, I got into stamping greeting cards & paper crafts for a while. This somehow propelled me full speed into painting obsessively! I then painted my son’s nursery two years later, when he was about to arrive.

I fell in love with Donna Dewberry’s PBS show, One Stroke Painting, and her style of painting beautiful things, quickly and easily. I studied every episode, every dvd and went to some of her workshops. Her amazing style & techniques became the foundation for all of the painting techniques I use and teach today.

Since that time, I have painted as much and as many things, on walls, gymnasiums, signs, classrooms, countless canvases, faces, hair, objects, (you name it), as I possibly can.

In 2012, I started doing mixed media/craft & painting birthday parties, painting classes for all ages & Sip N Paints, in my home studio. I love teaching the joy of painting to others. It has become therapy for my friends & customers along the way, which makes it very rewarding.

I am a certified Law of Attraction Practitioner. This practice of being happy, having happy thoughts and insisting on positive outlooks, predictions and outcomes, has been an amazing source of awakening & inspiration for me. It has also been a great source of strength & empowerment throughout the hardest times of my life. I now combine this law of attraction with the healing benefits of art into workshops for children & adults.

I take my art workshops to companies also, to show employees how to use creating simple art to reduce stress, become more productive & to be creative in their jobs and in their lives. These workshops transform lives!

With meditation & Divine guidance, I paint healing paintings for individuals also, specific to their emotions/circumstances. I am determined to use my art to change the world, one skeptical artist at a time, helping people of all ages to become happier, more peaceful & more joyful in life!
