Mandy did our engagement pictures, rehearsal and wedding day pictures. My husband and I don't really take pictures so we are pretty awkward. She not only made us feel comfortable, but she could tell when I was kind of going through the motions of smiling because she knew I was not used to taking pictures. I quite literally can not recommend her enough. She will be the photographer we use for everything to come!! My whole family and I were and still are absolutely blown away with the way she captured the day(s) and how you could feel the amazing moments in them. Not only is she a kind person, she is really easy to talk to, very communicative, gives amazing suggestions yet isn't pushy, and is incredibly talented with her craft. INCREDIBLE wedding photos!!! Mandy is just the nicest and kindest person ever. She is not only amazing at taking photos, but makes you so comfortable that every photo comes out genuine. I could not imagine a better photographer than her.

Short answer, our wedding was as close to perfect as possible and would not have been such without Mandy and her amazing team! Worth every penny and even beyond such as the work they do is amazing but is far from the only thing you get for having them in your wedding.

Long answer, this sounds cheesy but it's absolutely true when I say that they are "More than Photography/Videography". Mandy was one of the first big vendors we put on our list as we were randomly looking through photographers and loved the portfolio and thought it would be a great fit. After one meeting of chatting with Mandy we knew we HAD to have her as a photographer as she not only does amazing work but was so helpful beyond being a photographer and fun to work with. They are absolutely passionate about what they do and truly make sure they do their best to give you the best experience and results. Working with them felt like I was working with good friends of mine as they are all very personable and fun to work with. They do work very well with others and other vendors so they will always be the perfect fit for your wedding/event you want captured forever. To top it off they don't just capture amazing photos but also amazing memories that will be remembered outside of the picture frames. Also, if you are questioning having a videographer and if it is worth it I say absolutely do it you will not regret it especially with Mermaid Lake Photography. 😁🙌
