My husband and I booked the party room at the RAM about 5 months before our rehearsal dinner in April. The staff was accommodating, they answered all my questions whenever I called, and it was gravy.

It was a nice big room with sliding doors, and our party trays and appetizers came out pretty quickly. Our server was very kind and made sure everyone was good with drinks, etc. We had a couple kids with us, and they liked the burgers too, so that was good.

The only reason I docked stars was because they charged us for the party room, which was NEVER mentioned once in the 5 months whenever I called, nor was it on the email that the manager sent to me with the party room menus. Other than that, it was a good experience.
