Just what we needed.
We rented a popcorn machine for our wedding reception. Ralston was quick to respond to our inquiry and to finalize our booking. They made drop-off and pick-up very easy and provided everything we needed. And of course, they were very reasonably priced. A great addition to our event!

Excellent service
Ralston was such an easy and accommodating company to work with. The delivery and setup went so smoothly and in a timely manor. The tent was just was we expected and turned out beautiful.

So easy to work with
The small details are the ones that you can forget when it comes to planning a wedding. When we realized we needed chairs for the ceremony, Ralston Supply made us feel like we had plenty of time to order. They went above and beyond for us when it came to set-up and tear down. I highly recommend them!

Very flexible vendor with fantastic suggestions
We checked out a few vendors for our wedding at Lourdes Camp in Skaneateles, NY as we needed chairs, porter potties, a tent, a heater for the tent, and some other items.
One of the suggestions that they made was a clear top tent, and all of our guests loved it! It was really great especially as the night went on.
Ralston was also very responsive to us, we came to Lourdes camp on Thursday night to find out that the propane grill that our caterer was going to use was no longer working, and we were able to email Ralston who promptly got back to us and added a grill onto the truck that was delivered on Friday morning.
I will mention though that it does appear that the staff member communicating with us changed in between our initial contract and our delivery, but we had no issues.
