We had our wedding at Still Water Hollow, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue is stunning, offering a beautiful blend of rustic charm and elegance with its breathtaking landscape, serene pond, and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed which created a romantic feeling for our entire special day.

What truly set our experience apart was the incredible Emily Heithecker. Emily wore many hats for our wedding—she was not only the venue manager but also our bar manager and wedding planner! From the moment we booked the venue, Emily was there to guide us every step of the way. She helped us navigate the logistics with ease, offering incredible advice on timelines, layouts, and everything in between. Her organizational skills are unmatched, and she made sure that no detail was overlooked!

On the day of the wedding, Emily was a calming presence, seamlessly coordinating everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our day without worry. Whether it was ensuring our vendors were in place, setting up the ceremony space, or managing the timing with efficiency and grace, Emily handled it all flawlessly. She was always available to answer questions and made us feel like our wedding was her top priority.

Emily was great to work with, we communicated over email mostly which I loved as I'm not always available on the phone with work. She was flexible and able to work with me over small bumps in the road when it came to selections. If you're looking for an excellent beer/wine bar for your wedding this the Vendor!

To be honest, I sort of got stuck with this vendor. The venue we were at only allowed two places to do the beverage service. However, that being said, Emily was absolutely fantastic and I would have booked her even if I had been at a different venue. She has different packages/prices you can select and can even do something that works with what you are specifically looking for. We did a cocktail hour while getting or pictures done. Not only was that a success without breaking our wallets, but she developed this gorgeous purple lavender lemeonade drink that was just as pretty as it was dangerous. It was a huge hit with the guests! Booking was easy and she even did a cocktail tasting since we had a few options we were trying to figure out thanks to the Idaho liquor laws.
