We had our wedding at Still Water Hollow, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue is stunning, offering a beautiful blend of rustic charm and elegance with its breathtaking landscape, serene pond, and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed which created a romantic feeling for our entire special day.
What truly set our experience apart was the incredible Emily Heithecker. Emily wore many hats for our wedding—she was not only the venue manager but also our bar manager and wedding planner! From the moment we booked the venue, Emily was there to guide us every step of the way. She helped us navigate the logistics with ease, offering incredible advice on timelines, layouts, and everything in between. Her organizational skills are unmatched, and she made sure that no detail was overlooked!
On the day of the wedding, Emily was a calming presence, seamlessly coordinating everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our day without worry. Whether it was ensuring our vendors were in place, setting up the ceremony space, or managing the timing with efficiency and grace, Emily handled it all flawlessly. She was always available to answer questions and made us feel like our wedding was her top priority.
We can’t thank Emily and the entire team at Still Water Hollow enough for making our wedding day truly magical. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty with exceptional service, I would absolutely choose them without hesitation. Still Water Hollow exceeded all our expectations, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable experience and the most amazing wedding day ♥️ -

Emily was great to work with, we communicated over email mostly which I loved as I'm not always available on the phone with work. She was flexible and able to work with me over small bumps in the road when it came to selections. If you're looking for an excellent beer/wine bar for your wedding this the Vendor! -

To be honest, I sort of got stuck with this vendor. The venue we were at only allowed two places to do the beverage service. However, that being said, Emily was absolutely fantastic and I would have booked her even if I had been at a different venue. She has different packages/prices you can select and can even do something that works with what you are specifically looking for. We did a cocktail hour while getting or pictures done. Not only was that a success without breaking our wallets, but she developed this gorgeous purple lavender lemeonade drink that was just as pretty as it was dangerous. It was a huge hit with the guests! Booking was easy and she even did a cocktail tasting since we had a few options we were trying to figure out thanks to the Idaho liquor laws. -

Oh my goodness! Emily was absolutely fantastic! She gave us a great deal, and worked with us to be able to get what we want, and it was in our budget. I booked Raising Our Bar about a year and a half before my wedding. So once it got closer, we had a phone call so that she could go over everything with us to make sure it was perfect. She was so great, and there was a small hiccup, but she made sure that it was corrected, and everything was ready to go a week before the wedding. She emailed me the Monday before the wedding just to double check that everything was correct! My husband and I had special glasses for the toasts, and she made sure that they were filled before the toasts, and always made sure that we had something to drink, whether it was our preferred drink or water. She was the sweetest, and made our wedding so great! If you are looking for a great value and someone who is incredibly professional, Emily is it! I cannot recommend Raising Our Bar enough! -

Emily was amazing. She made me feel like my wedding was just as important to her as it was to me! She worked with me to make the packages work for my needs and was more flexible than I could have ever asked for! She was always kind and responsive and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else! I appreciate everything she did to make my day so special and to keep everyone safe and having fun! -

Emily is THE BEST! She recently bartended our wedding of 155 + guests, with many drinkers. From the beginning, Emily has been professional, direct, and responsive to my millions of questions. She provided a recommended bar list (amounts, types of alcohol, etc.) that was a great guideline. They were quick, helpful, and very nice. I could not believe the skills and speed she had for our group - but she kept everyone happy and with a drink in hand. Emily is great and I will most definitely use her services in the future and recommend her to all friends and family. -

I can't even begin to Express my gratitude toward Raising our bar!!! They were simply magnificent, from the moment we booked them to meeting up before the wedding to day of. Such friendly professional individuals that seriously took care of every little thing, things I never even thought of were just taken care of. They made it so simple and not once made me double think my choice of booking them. The energy and smiles they brought made everything even better. You can really tell they love what they do!!! I never worried about a single thing the day of my wedding. They had everything in control and never once did we have an issue....or if we did I knew nothing about it!=))) I can't THANK them enough I cant wait to have another reason to throw a party so I can have them again!!!! -

We were one of the first couples to book with Emily and Raising Our Bar and we could not be happier with the decision. Emily was so helpful, professional, fun, and truly seemed to care about us and our wedding. Between the gorgeous signature cocktails, custom signage, wine, beer, 2 bar locations, and a wedding full of drinkers everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend this bar service to anyone and everyone getting married or throwing any type of event! -
