The Raisin L Ranch in Victoria, TX is a premier wedding and reception venue!! I've been to many weddings there, and each one was better than before! Lynnette and George Migl (owners) are wonderful!

George and Lynette were so amzing to work with! Their venue is breath taking so very gorgeous and was the best place for us to have our country wedding! We searched all over the Texas Hill Country before we found Raisin L Ranch and as soon as we pulled up their driveway we knew we had found exactly what we had been looking for! They put so much love and detail into this venue! Its a beauty that you just have to see for yourself! The prices for everything were right in our budget range and they helped us find everything we needed to complete our day! They are such great people with such a great passion! Thank You for everything Raisin L Ranch!

Our wedding was abosolutely beautiful!! This place is different from other weddings I and our guests had been too. Raisin L Ranch has a very rustic appeal. They normally have water oustide but it was dried up due to the drought we were in at the time. There are several places to get married outside and if it rains you can always get married inside. Lynette was such a great help and we thought our wedding couldn't have been better!

Wonderful wedding/party location. Beautiful grounds, lake with pier, fire pit and barn. Lynnette works well with her customers and helps out however she can. The table linens were rented from Raisin L Ranch and they take care of cleaning them. The dining area was set-up to our specifications and only required the minor decorations that I chose to do. The dining room tables/chairs are included in the rental cost. For $1/person based on the headcount you give the caterer, a drink station is set-up for sodas and water. All tips from that area go to the bride/groom. Large dance area with an upstairs balcony for guests. Clean-up of the site is included in the rental fee.
Highly recommended and worth the price.

Owners down to earth sweet people, my only thing I didn’t like there was charges for every single thing, restrictions on send offs, no sparklers
Very polite, respectful, down to earth married couple who own this place! It’s out in the country, rustic/country feel! Not a huge venue, fits up to 250 max I believe. The only thing i didn’t care for was the restrictions for send off. No sparklers allowed. If you do fireworks they charge for clean up. There is not many things you can do for send off because it is not allowed. It should say on contact I believe. To bring in a photo booth is a charge. It is mandatory to hire security, that’s another charge. Drinks bar for just beverages is a charge. It isn’t all inclusive, which I would have liked. Make sure you know there is charges before you book and ask questions. To use the arch and set up is a charge of $50 I believe. To use the stage and close curtains is a charge I believe. Many charges, would have preferred a total of all inclusive up front!

The venue is very nice I must say. The owners were very nice when my parents , fiance ,and I initially visited the location, when I called with questions, and when I payed the full $2500.00 up front in cash to rent the place for our September wedding. I paid the extras like the curtain on the stage $100.00 to cover the DJ during the ceremony, the hourly cost for decorating, and for rehearsal the night before. However, the day of my wedding the owner, Lynette, was in a very bad mood, was running around huffing ,and puffing with a sour look on her face, she told my mother my wedding was the most disorganized she'd ever seen, she made a comment about the caterer we chose, and I remember at one moment (supposed to be the happiest day of my life) when I looked up grinning from ear to ear ,and looked over at her to try ,and wave ,and she ignored me totally ,and gave an awful disgusted look. Her husband , on the other hand, was wonderful. He was nice to everyone. So Bride's beware...the place is beautiful ,but to be treated ,or have family, and friends treated like crap on one of the best days of your life you might think twice before renting this place.
