I can't say enough good things about our choice to book Rainbow Bridge Band for our wedding.
Interfacing with Gary, the band's front man, was really easy. He responded quickly, was very friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was happy to work with me on the set list and general style to make sure we got exactly what we wanted out of their set.
The value was great; RBB was [I think] the least expensive band we talked to. In an sea of ridiculously excessive wedding expenses across the board for every little detail, we felt RBB was worth every penny and then some.
The day-of setup and performance was just excellent. We had elected to provide our own cocktail hour/dinner music via my laptop for our reception, though the band had offered to do this. We ended up being late to our cocktail hour because of photos, and since my laptop was locked, I thought disaster had struck and it was just silent in our reception hall for 15 minutes. Thankfully when we arrived RBB was all set up and was playing background music through their system. I know this sounds simple, but it was such a relief that they were there and paying attention and picking up our slack.
The performance itself was absolutely killer. We chose a 60's-90's classic rock style, and the band just put out hit after hit and kept the dance floor moving all night long. Impressive musicians across the board, really tight execution, great vocals from the whole band, and a diverse and well-constructed set list. They took requests, listened to our volume adjustment requests, and even let me stand in to sing a couple verses of "Brown Eyed Girl" to my wife to end the night. We have received nothing but positive feedback from all our guests about the band.
Rainbow Bridge Band gave us exactly the wedding band experience we were looking for, with great responsiveness and value and an all-around fun and unforgettable wedding reception. A+, two thumbs up, 10/10, all the good things you can think of.
