Tom/The Radisson was amazing to work with. The did everything we asked and kept in constant contact with us. I was always calling Tom with some crazy bridal concern and he always called me within 24 hours if not in the same day. The food was amazing. they even had a tasting event with free food and drinks where we could bring 2 guests (we brought our mothers) where we were able to taste all of the foods and wines available to us that we could choose from for our wedding meal.

The food and facilities were excellent. Everything went smoothly and just as we had planned.

The Radisson made our guest feel welcome and the food was awesome! They helped us have our dream wedding!

We were incredibly pleased with the Radisson. The food was great, the catering staff was wonderful, and the ballroom looked beautiful! The sales staff there are wonderful and experienced. My only feedback is that some of the sales staff can be pushy and may decide to do what is best for staff versus what you want for your day. (ie. you have to cut the cake before dinner is served, they suggest speeches before anyone has eaten dinner so staff doesn't have to stop the dinner service) Overall, we had a great experience with them!

They really have their routine down for weddings. I would have preferred to have a little more communication with them so that I knew exactly what was going on. I felt like I had to be very pushy to get that "extra" attention, and I am just not a person who can do that. I do appreciate that they ID'd minors so we didn't have to worry about them getting into any trouble.

I was overall pleased with the Radisson as our venue. However, I was disappointed with some aspects. Our main contact, Tom, has some sassiness come out towards me at times and I was typically asking basic questions or confirming something we had discussed at an earlier point in time. Some details that were confirmed in writing did not occur the day of the reception, like having the cake cut to serve or tables removed for the dance time. I had to follow up during my reception as a result, but still minor details in the grand scheme of the day. I think we would have picked a different venue had there been others available in lacrosse for the time frame we wanted. As a result, I would not recommend the Radisson. Also, there was a very big communication gap in getting a room block. We had huge promises made a lot along the way that were not always followed through on.
