What we came to realize is that, despite all the meticulous planning we undertook before our big day, things still went wrong. With the temperature soaring to 95 degrees, falling behind schedule, and our feet aching, Rachelle and her team came to our rescue. They consistently offered us water bottles and napkins to combat the sweat and heat, proposed schedule adjustments that seamlessly integrated into the day, and even came to the rescue by suggesting we take a moment to relax together, handing us our signature cocktails and serving our hors d'oeuvres. The potential mini panic attack that could have happened was averted due to Rachelle and her team's presence.

As valuable as the spreadsheets, recommendations, walk-throughs, and monthly meetings were, what resonated most with us was Rachelle's ability to connect with us on a profound and personal level. Throughout the process, it was more than just business; she took the time to understand us as a couple and as individuals, transcending the role of a mere "wedding vendor" and becoming a true friend.

Where do we begin with how amazing Rachelle is as a wedding planner and person. I am so glad that our friend and photographer recommended her because we truly could not have done this without her! From the smallest things to the biggest things, everything beautiful in our wedding is absolutely because of Rachelle!

She created everything we could have ever dreamed of and more! She made it feel just like a fairytale. Her design ideas and details were so beautiful, romantic, and modern. The seating chart, welcome sign and table, and sanitizing stations were so pretty! We rented out some of her decor and they added the perfect touch.

One of the most talked about details about our wedding was the personalized gratitude cards that we used as name cards at each table. This was the sweetest and most thoughtful idea that Rachelle gave us to help our guests feel loved! Rachelle also beautifully designed these cards. She even created our invitations and our Signature Drink sign! Rachelle has great taste and it shows in everything she does.

Lastly, I am very indecisive and can also admit that I am not the most fashionable person. Rachelle was so sweet and gave great feedback when I sent her images of outfits, accessories, and hairstyles. All of our choices were intentional and this made everything even more special.

Rachelle also went through the rollercoaster of emotions and changes of booking a wedding right before a pandemic. After every set back, she was there to listen and offer guidance. When our venue rates were changed from what we originally thought, Rachelle helped us formulate ideas on how to discuss it with our venue. When there were issues with my wedding dress shipment and alterations, she was there to brainstorm solutions and accompany me to another location for alterations. When we considered changing venues, she went with us on a tour. When I was nervous about our choreographed first dance, she was there to watch us practice and give tips during our final details meeting at the venue. When we had unexpected last minute changes with our guest count two days before the wedding, she coordinated with the venue and made the necessary adjustments to our seating chart. When we forgot a few boutonnieres at the hotel, she came to save the day and expertly made two on the spot! When four of my family members and friends could not figure out how to put my wedding bustle on, she and her assistant, Kristianne, were there on the floor helping us find the loops on my dress. When I cried over the phone/email/text about any issue, Rachelle was there to support me.

We will be forever grateful to Rachelle for making our dream wedding become a reality! She is our hero and the real MVP!

I started my journey with Radiant Love Events after our engagement in 2019. I never thought I needed a planner, since I'm a creative/DIY-er myself, but Rachelle is next-level! She helped me organize all of my thoughts and jumbled pinterest boards into a cohesive, elegant vision for my wedding day. Our pandemic wedding finally happened thanks to Radiant Love Events and it was definitely worth the wait! Rachelle literally made our dreams come true. From start to finish we could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. She took our ideas and made it 100x better in reality with her creativity and wedding experience. You are seriously in good hands with Rachelle. Not to mention, she has amazing tips for everything - from reusing ceremony florals for the reception to staging welcome drinks for guests to having a live schedule link for the bridal party/immediate family, among so much more! Rachelle is a great event planner. Hiring her Is definitely worth it! She’s professional, hard working, a great listener and very organize. She responded promptly to all our questions and concerns via text, email or phone calls. She truly loves what she does and it definitely shows in her work. She planned our son’s first birthday party... Winnie the Pooh theme last November. I gave her all my ideas and instantly she was able to put all my visions into a vision board and even more!Her attention to details are remarkable. She assured that we had everything lined up and even saved us a lot of money when it came to choosing vendors and choosing the right decorations. Her finding the right vendors for the cake, flowers and boba station made it so easy for us. Her attention to details from the dessert table, arrangements, kids activities, table decors, decorations, props and timeline definitely wow’d everyone at the party!

She provided a great customer service and definitely took great care of us. As an event coordinator she definitely put our minds at ease which allowed us to enjoy the party for the day! We can’t thank Rachelle enough for making our son’s first birthday come to life and an event that we will remember forever. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Rachelle is by far one of the best event planners out there! She helped us a great deal in the planning, preparation and on the event itself. Though she is based in LA and we were here in San Francisco, the distance wasn’t an issue. She communicated with us, almost everyday, responding to every questions that we have. She helped me look for quality vendors, with the hotel, decorations, DJ, photographer/videographer. She is on top of everything, organized, approachable and knowledgeable of her craft. My daughter’s 18th birthday would not have been as wonderful without her help. If I will have another party, I will surely contact her again. What can I say, Rachelle was amazing. When I first got engaged I knew that all I wanted to do was say yes and no to someone's suggestions. My co-worker suggested her cousin Rachelle and it worked out perfectly. She was able to put everything that my husband and I wanted into our wedding come to life. When we first started our near long journey she was there every step of the way. She came with us to check out all the top venues we liked and even tried to breakdown all the pros and cons of all the venues we were looking into. When it came to our hair & make up, band, florists and various other vendors she gave great suggestions on who she would recommend. I just had to look and review all her recommendations which was what I wanted to ultimately do. Each recommendation that she provided ended up being perfect for out wedding. During the whole process she was only a phone call or text away. She is very on point with what her vision is for her couples. She is an easy going person who listens to her couples and is prompt in responding to our questions and concerns about various aspects of our wedding. She goes above and beyond, she was able to have her parents give my husband and I dance lessons. On the day of our wedding, everything went as scheduled. She prepared all of our vendors with a specific timeline to make sure the day went without a hitch. We were even ahead of schedule most of the time. When we saw the room for the first time, it looked so amazing. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She was able to incorporate special people we wanted to honor in such a great way. My parents even still have the candles she made. She kept the catering staff as organized as possible even though they did not really pay attention to that specific detail. Overall, everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves.

If it wasn't for my co-worker, I wouldn't have met a beautiful and amazing planner. I was able to even recommend her to a friend because I knew she would make their day just as special as she made mine and my husbands. I even gained a new friend out of this whole process. Rachelle made our wedding come together so beautifully. Honestly, we can’t thank her enough for all she did for us. She is very knowledgeable, organized, and kindhearted.
