Wedding #1 a venue that was perfect for our dream 200+ person fun wedding with planning starting in April of 2018. We had all the major details and decorations planned using their own stock of decorations well in advance. We even finalized the menu - the Friday before Denver shut down for Covid. They helped us work through all of the details and options and kept us informed of Denver’s capacity changes and even made sure we got a refund on the venue, which then allowed us to start working on…
Wedding #2 a scaled down 50-75 person event, adding social distancing, masks, etc. however, we were nervous of having that many people so we went into planning mode for …
Wedding #3 at this point Kim & team had mastered how to create special memories in a scaled down 25 person backyard event. They helped us through planning, finding new bartenders, and organizing a backyard wedding. Before we even got to 25 days before the wedding we both ended up with Covid- (husband was in bed for over two weeks) they were ready and willing to reschedule and plan wedding #4, but luckily we recovered a week and a half before.
The day of the wedding, I had just regained enough strength to stand for a full ceremony, and they had prepped everything inside and out for our intimate backyard celebration.
I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us and we can’t wait to work with them again for a big party hopefully sooner rather than later.

Hiring Kim and her team was the best decision we made. My Husband and I got married at Blanc. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work it would take to bring the space to life. Kim helped us create a unique and beautiful wedding, like the kind you see on Pinterest. She went above and beyond to create and provide both large and small details that made our wedding feel special. She was always available to talk and support us. She attended every meeting, reviewed contracts, helped guide us through choices and eased our mind when things felt stressful. She did absolutely everything on our wedding day (and really leading up to it too) so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the moment. Did I mention our wedding was pushed back a year due to the pandemic.. but Kim coordinated our new 2021 date with all the vendors. Words can not describe how happy we are that we chose to work with Kim and her team. Her years of experience in the industry shows. Our wedding was absolutely magical!

Kim & Vanessa truly know how to get a couple ready for a wedding. They are full of vendor recommendations that they have worked with and are reliable. They have a large catalog of decorations that they have made over time for their space at Overland Crossing which are super unique and perfect for a well decorated reception. Once it gets down to the final months of the wedding Kim and her team really kick it up a notch and come up with an itinerary, coordinate with vendors, and make sure that all the little details are discussed. The day of, they are truly managing the whole day and they execute flawlessly.

Kim, Chelsea, Vanessa, and everyone at Radiant Events really were the best ever! They helped us create our perfect wedding. They were a joy to work with - they were knowledgeable, available, and didn’t overlook a single detail. Kim and her team worked so hard to make our daughter's wedding experience everything she could have ever hoped for. Having Radiant Events coordinate our big day was easily the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding! Kim and her team were organized, thoughtful, creative, and fun. We were planning from out of state in California, and Radiant Events made it so easy and enjoyable to do long distance. They provided the majority of our decor through Studios at Overland Crossing -- we couldn't have made better table settings and if we tried! (They really made our new years eve reception sparkle!) Kim and crew also did all the set up, signs, and timeline, not to mention recommended most of our other vendors who were OUTSTANDING. They even went to bat for us when we felt we were overcharged for a wedding purchase, and got us a discount. They consistently went above and beyond, no questions were too big or too small, and everything had an enthusiastic "yes" or "we can take care of that for you." We can't say enough kind things about Radiant Events, only that we are sad we don't have a reason to email every week now!

I don't even know where to start. Our experience with Radiant Events was AMAZING - this was our first wedding and I can't even imagine how we would have done it without these fantastic women. Not only are they warm and kind and full of enthusiasm and fun, they are professional and thorough and took care of every detail...they went beyond any expectation we had! From the minute we hired Radiant Events, our lives suddenly became so much calmer and we were able to enjoy every second of that precious time.
On the wedding day, Kim and Vanessa made sure every detail was taken care of. And they do this with a smile on their face and excitement in their voices. It's obvious they love their job! Our daughter's wedding was beautiful and fun and everything we could have dreamed mainly because these women put their heart and soul into making it wonderful. We have another daughter and when she gets married this will be the first phone call we make.

Chelsea And her team took our wedding to the next level! We told her we wanted a rustic Christmas wedding and she was on point! She made our day a true fairytale. They were all so easy to work with. They took the time to listen to what we needed/ wanted. They took the stress off of me and planned a winter wedding straight out of a fairytale. Highly recommend Radiant Events!!!!!

The best decision we made during our wedding planning was hiring Radiant Events to coordinate our wedding. We had the best wedding ever and all our guests had an amazing time! We could not have done it without these wonderful women. We had so many family and friends from out of town that we had no time to get all the little things done that you don't think about! From scheduling our timeline and coming to rehearsal, to delivering our welcome bags to hotels, setting up the entire venue, picking up cupcakes for us and so much more! They literally thought of everything and helped so much. Not only are they fantastic planners but they are very caring and fun ladies. We really got to know them and felt very cared for. I can't thank them enough for how special and amazing they made our wedding. Highly recommend even if you don't think you need a coordinator! You will want Radiant Events to be your planners.
