My wife and I were the first, if not one of the first couples to have Rabbi Shimon Dudai perform a marriage ceremony in Key West. October 1993 on the beach behind the Casa Marina Rabbi Dudai performed the ceremony. In the months leading up to our wedding we would meet with the Rabbi and Rebbetzin (I lived in Miami, my fiance in Key West). We got to know them, they got to know us and we became friendly. The wedding was special...very special. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect rabbi. This year it will be 24 years married. We remain very friendly with Rabbi and Rebbetzin Dudai. They are wonderful people and have built a wonderful community in Key West. If you are looking for a Rabbi and Rebbetzin to hold your hand through the process and help you have a wonderful traditional Jewish wedding ceremony, look no further. We are so happy we found Rabbi Dudai. He lives in Key West, but my husband and I both agree that if he had a congregation in Boston, we’d be joining. I can’t even count the amount of times I heard “where ever did you find the Rabbi, he was great?!” Rabbi Dudai spared us any showmanship and instead was calming, concise, and completely sincere. The ceremony was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.
