In my opinion it should be classified 5 Stars. The food is excellent, second only to the service. I always feel like I'm being treated like family rather than a customer. Rita and Saesha both have been to my house a few times, and the results have always been fantastic. I do highly recommend them. Their flexibility, makes them superstars, and you wind up getting what you want.

Chef Rita came from a humble beginning born and raised in Miami. Rita spent most of her summers with her grandmother on the beautiful island of Roatan located off the coast of Honduras. There, she developed a love and passion for cooking using fresh tropical ingredients and an array of robust flavors and spices. Chef Rita was inspired by the stories you can tell with every dish. Rita started off her educational career as a certified nurse assistance, but her passion was in the culinary field.She then furthered her education in culinary arts and hospitality, business management and catering at Miami- Dade College. Chef Rita has worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 25 years. She has worked her way up in various positions in the industry from server to management to executive chef. All her culinary experienced pushed her to opened up her own catering company, R Catering & Events. Today, R Catering & Events aims to give you a flawless and memorable event from start to finish. She puts every effort in all she does and makes sure your event is top tier.
Saesha Tennyson was born on the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras and was raised in Miami, Fl from a young age. She has always had a big appetite for adventure and exploring and trying new things. Saesha started in the food and restaurant industry at the age of 14, where she's gain various skills such as customer service, supervision, sales management, and financial management. Saesha graduated with honors one year before her graduating class in the I.B program at Coral Gables Senior High. She then attend at Miami- Dade College, where she persued a degree in Business Administration, and then continued her education at FIU, thus graduating with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Today, Saesha works alongside her business partner and mother as the Event Coordinator at R Catering & Events, giving premier services and making sure that each event is to the client's best and ultimate satisfaction.
Chef Martin was born in Roatan, Honduras into an environment where love and respect for food and healthy produce was one of the pillars of his early family education. Even as a child Chef Martin spent a lot of time in the kitchen with his grandmother whilst his grandfather worked as a farmer; there is where he was passed down the value of fresh food. Chef Martin began his career in the culinary field at an early age as a means to bring his family and friends closer together.
Being an immigrant in the new and exciting culture, Chef Martin quickly grabbed and held on to the American Dream. Understanding the value of hard work and dedication, Chef Martin started at the bottom first as a dishwaser at a Days Inn in the Downtown Miami area, and from there he wanted to know how the restaurant world works from the inside out. He quickly worked his way up the ladder, cooking in multiple restaurants, hotels, and catering companies which helped him gain exposure in all sorts of international cuisine.
Over the years Chef Martin developed a unique, fresh culinary style that incorporates the techniques of authentic Central American, Mediterranean, Italian, Cuban, American, and Asian Cuisines, all paired with his marvelous artistic presentations.
His sincere devotion, hard-working attitude, and passion were rewarded with multiple awards including Rising Star for Culinary by Marriott Worldwide Business Councils.
