About this venue
Quail Ridge Golf Club is a scenic wedding venue in Ada, Michigan. This outdoor setting provides a picture-perfect backdrop for your memorable day. With rolling fairways, lush green lawns, and ponds, couples can host an unforgettable ceremony and reception here. Engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners are also welcomed. This 18-hole golf course first opened in 1998, with five-time Michigan Open champion Randy Erskine at the helm. Well-known architect Raymond Hearn came on board to help design the space, resulting in the stunning site it is today. This golf club is not far from the major metropolitan area of Grand Rapids and within a short drive of Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples may host up to 215 wedding guests within Quail Ridge Golf Club’s event spaces. Outdoor ceremonies can be held under a beautiful wooden trellis overlooking the water. Couples also have the option of holding both the ceremony and reception in the same location, thanks to these versatile spaces. There is also a tented banquet hall on offer, which has clear walls to allow guests to enjoy the beautiful views. An adjoining patio, illuminated by charming bistro lighting, invites guests to take in their surroundings while they celebrate your love.

The Quail Ridge Golf Club is a full-service wedding venue with on-site catering and event coordination available. All-inclusive packages are offered to make the planning process as streamlined as possible. Some of the features of these packages include setup and cleanup, so to-be-weds are free to spend more time with the people they love. Catering and beverage services can also be taken care of by the in-house teams, making those celebratory toasts all the more straightforward. Your reception meal can be served in a variety of ways, from hors d'oeuvres while your guests mingle to a classic plated banquet. To-be-weds are invited to source the wedding cake from the bakery of their choice, to make sure it suits their vision. Various event rental items are supplied by the club, including tables, chairs, china, and linens.
