Hi there! I am Jaymie...with a 'y'. My friends and even my husband call me Pyxie...with a 'y'.

I'm a full-time professional photographer based in Roseville, CA. I shoot weddings, engagements and lifestyle portraits throughout California...and beyond! I use the words edgy, classy and fun describing my style. If that's what you're looking for then stay a while and check out my work!

I've been a bridesmaid 8 times and a bride 2 times so I've experienced firsthand all types of weddings: big ones to small ones, indoors and outdoors, those that run smooth and those that run late. During those times I've also observed disappointing photographers and photographers who are amazing! I strive to be amazing. ^_~

I love weddings...all the details, the planning, the locations, dresses and flowers and colors. But most importantly I love seeing the interaction and the true celebration of love between a couple. I believe that kisses are truly magical and that you can never have enough!

Jaymie was so fabulous! She did senior pictures for my daughter, who does not usually think any pictures of her are good. My daughter and I LOVED every one of the pictures that Jaymie took and we had a lot of fun doing it, too! Have already recommended Jaymie to friends/family.

Pyxie Studios is the best photography business around!!! Nobody has more enthusiasm, professionalism, and infectious joy than Jaymie!! She did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and everything turned out beautifully. She helped coordinate with our DJs throughout the event and helped us work up a schedule to make sure everything went smoothly. We could not be happier with the pictures!! Pyxie Studios is very reasonably priced and the whole experience from signing the contract to enjoying our wedding photos was a delight!! I simply cannot recommend Pyxie Studios enough!! Hire them!! You won't regret it!!
