Where do I even start with this review? My husband and I hired Nia Gray of Purposeful Planning as our day of wedding coordinator and it was single handedly, the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Nia is one of the most professional and organized people I have ever met! As a type A person, I spent a lot of time planning the tiny details of our wedding day so handing off the reigns to another person to make sure things were executed how I wanted them to be executed, wasn't easy for me. But from my very first meeting with Nia, she made me feel incredibly comfortable with her with work ethic and work style. She came prepared with a folder full of important documents for us to review, including templates of the wedding day itinerary and budget chart. Throughout the remainder of the planning process, she was always accessible via email and text and would herself follow up with me to see how things were coming along. She provided us with great feedback and never hesitated to share her own ideas.
Nia came with us to our wedding rehearsal to and did a final walk through with our venue to ensure that things went smoothly and took over all communication with our team of vendors (we had at least 8!) so that my husband and I could enjoy the last few days leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding, Nia and her assistant, Simone, arrived on time to make sure that our wedding party and all the vendors stayed on schedule. Under Nia's guidance, our wedding day was executed flawlessly. I had been told to expect something to go wrong the day of the wedding, but thanks to Nia and her planning, nothing did! All of our guests raved about how smoothly things went and how we stayed on track with our schedule. Nia ensured that all of our guests were attended to and that our vendors knew what was going on at all times.
