We had an excellent experience with Pure Luxury for our wedding transportation needs. We booked shuttles for our guests traveling between SFO and our wedding venue at Timber Cove Resort in Jenner, CA. The drivers were punctual and efficiently transported our guests to their destination. When a few wedding guests missed their flights, we contacted Pure Luxury just hours before the scheduled pickup time. They were incredibly accommodating, quickly adjusting our reservation and even switching us to a smaller shuttle that saved us money. Kathleen was a pleasure to work with and always responded to our emails quickly. From our initial inquiry and quote request to the final drop-off, the experience was seamless.

We rented a large shuttle bus to take our wedding party and family wine tasting the day before our wedding, and were sent to Pure Luxury by a friend who recommended them. They were really nice and responsive with the booking, followed up with us before the day, and right on the day we rented them. The driver was nice and courteous. We had a great time!

I would highly recommend Pure Luxury to anyone looking for a limo. The limo and town car we requested were both beautiful, clean, and very comfy. The drivers took great care of us and were perfectly on time. Everything was fabulous.

Gina took care of all of our needs ahead of time, and was so easy to communicate with. She did such a great job that I requested business cards from her to pass on to friends and family. If I ever need a limo again, I will definitely call Pure Luxury!
