MY REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO ABOUT WEDDINGS! However, I used their service to create puzzles as gifts (using photos from our trip to Disney World) - these were for Xmas gifts (Dec. 2014)
All I can say, at least for puzzles is they they are outstanding quality and value! The process was very easy and had more options and at less of a price than many other similar services (such as Walgreens photo, Picasa, etc.).
When I went to track the package at first I could see it came from China and I was worried they would not get to me in time. I emailed cust. service they got back to me the same day saying they would arrive on time.... And they did! Great packaging too!

We ordered save the dates from Printer's Studio, and saved a lot of money. We loved the cards we chose, and loved the way they turned out when we received them.

Ridiculous Shipping
Great quality and service. Easy to order online. Unfortunately teh shipping (since its from China) is OUTRAGEOUS. My total for a simple paper goods product was $172 and the shipping was $58. Unacceptable.

We ordered custom playing cards, and I sadly we didn't realize that they were printed in China. So, response times were off, the color quality wasn't as good as the invitations and save-a-dates from the same image, and we didn't have enough time to consider a return and reorder. If you stick with simple colors maybe you'll have better luck, as the quality of the cards and the card boxes are nice!

Beware of any company that has customer service reps in the USA, but operate out of China. I've used this printer for several products and I've encountered problems with prices not matching their own specs (price at checkout was higher than what was listed on their website), unresponsive customer service (good luck getting a rep on the phone), inflexibility in the their prices (unwilling to negotiate better prices or offer artist discounts), and expensive shipping (due to being located in China).
The quality of their products is not bad. Full color totes and cosmetic pouches are true to original. Turnaround is decent. It's just unfortunate that their lack of customer service and high prices make it impossible for me to buy large quantities.

no help from company to complete project. waste of time.
There is no help for the customer. I have a sim;ple project to complete and I have been working on it for months. I can't find another company who helps design playing cards

Stay away - fraudulent
Placed an order for some Tshirt buttons. A label was created several weeks ago but the item was never actually shipped. I contacted customer service several times and they kept telling me to "wait to check for tracking information". Finally my deadline passed so I told them I had no use for my order any more. They were able to "go to the post office and intervene and grab my order so it wasn't shipped to me". This place is fraudulent and a scam!!! Never offered to refund my money. I have to dispute the claim with my credit card company.

do not order from this business: i placed an order with this business due to its internet advertisings on 1/29/2014. because my order was time sensitive, i paid extra fees for expedited handling and shipping. the business, at the time of placing my order, through its interactive site, after taking my zip code and other information, assured delivery within 5-6 business days. i received an email acknowledgement with the same information. 48 hours after the order was placed, i received an email from their "customer service" that the business will be closed for 5 business days because of "vacation"-- i am assuming the chinese new year, and that my order will be processed after they return from vacation. i said that is unacceptable because and they should process my order immediately because (1) there was still over 24 hours before they went on vacation, with a total of at least 3 business days from the date of receipt of order to their closing and they could have processed my order; and (2) if they were to close their business for a week, they should have put a notice on their website (it is a highly designed interactive site which would have enabled this easily) so potential customers are not misled by their omissions of material facts. they instead shrugged and offered a refund, 4 days after i placed the order. i told them this was time sensitive, and they, without shame, wrote "oh, we'll get you your order for valentine's day" even though it wasn't a valentine's day order. and, at that point, instead of responding, they summarily canceled my order and issued a refund. this is bad, bad business. there is nothing wrong with being a chinese company and accepting orders from the US. there is also nothing wrong in being closed for chinese new year. but, it is complete deceit to hide these facts, and not put the customers on notice, especially when the customers place "expedited orders".

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEY DONT FULLFILL ORDERS THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$$$$$. Each time making orders with them, at a quality level of well over the 100s they "misplaced" a perfect amount of each style! Weird coincidence? Total of 20 products missing! Such a waste of time. Shady company

I'm thoroughly impressed at the varied levels of which PrinterStudio has disappointed. Every level of production was unacceptable. I ordered a 36x36 rubber-backed playing mat. The material is not the "rubber-backed" playmat material that was advertised - it was just foam fabric. The printing was inadequate: blacks were not saturated and colors were not bright. Packaging was unbelievable: my mat was packed into a too-tight tube which resulted in large, deep wrinkles throughout the product (I'm not kidding) that still haven't come out despite numerous attempts. Finally, delivery was a mess: PrinterStudio used DHL, which apparently requires a signature upon receipt, and if you try to tell them you don't require one, you'll have to navigate their site, become lost, and dial customer service multiple times, and each time you'll receive differing instructions on how to receive your package, resulting in a near-late product despite choosing Express Shipping. (One of the shipping days was inexplicably cancelled. According to their representative, my package was loaded into a truck around 9am, which left at 9:15, then "something happened" and the truck turned around and was back in the station at 10am. No explanation, and no attempt to deliver my package via a different truck.)
Summary: Bad material, bad printing, bad packaging, and bad delivery.

If this product had been for a client, I would not have allowed the client to so much as see the product before apologizing profusely and ordering a reprint from a different company, while paying out of pocket for the rush charges. I will never use PrinterStudio again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. If you want a game mat, go to inkedgaming.com and you'll get a far superior product for about the same price.
