I used this vendor to preserve my wedding gown from my December 5, 1992 wedding. When it came time to open my dress when my daughter got engaged, only to find that this horrible company ruined my designer dress that I paid $1200 for 23 years ago. The bottom of the dress is burned and beyond repair. I have reached out to the company and after 3 months of dealing with the president of the company, they now are not returning any of my phone calls or emails. Beware, DO NOT USE this company. They do not stand behind their services and because of that I have a wedding gown that is ruined, and have lost the opportunity to have my daughter wear my wedding gown as I have planned all along. Look for another company to preserve your gown!!
