Unforgettable and Priceless
My wife and I reached out to our close friend to host and recommend a planner for our Baby Shower. We linked up with Premier Soirees and they worked with us to create an adorable and whimsical Bear themed Baby Shower within our budget. Premier Soirees always checked up with me and updated me several times a week before event day with details and questions to make sure we were on the same page. I felt comfortable working with them and it was easy for me to put my trust in them to plan a great event. I always try to accommodate all of my guest and family. It’s a lot of pressure to put on a great event especially since this was a big event. Premier Soirees let me know step by step with every detail and confirm all the vendors with me. On event day, Premiere Soirees came early to setup and I witness the magic happened as they transform the space beautifully and naturally. I was instantly gratified and had no worries from there on that I was in good hands with Premier Soirees taking care of all the planning. All of my guest loved the details and everyone left happy. My dad who never enjoy parties actually had a good time at one, which I don’t ever remember happening before. That alone is priceless to me. My dad is a workaholic and for once he was actually relaxed and enjoyed a party. He even gave a compliment the next day about how the event was successful and he noticed all the guest had a good time and left happy. Thank You is not enough Premier Soirees! I hired Ellaine to plan and facilitate my baby shower in July. It was an absolute dream come true! This is my second baby (first was 17 years ago) and I never had the chance to throw a large shower for her. This time around I wanted to really be able to enjoy the event with family and friends and Ellaine made that possible. From venue to colors to the smallest of details on my dessert table it was perfect! I was able to give Ellaine an idea of what I was hoping to see and she made the entire event come to life. The day of my shower all I had to do was show up and it was all ready to go! I could not have asked for a better event or a better coordinator. Her gift of attention to detail and making sure that every part of my shower included a very personal touch of either myself or my husband was included. She’s amazing! Time and time again Premier Soirees has proven them a valuable resource for me. They assisted in hosting a Halloween candy bar for the tenants who occupy the office building I manage in Newport Beach. It was quaint yet sophisticated, and all we heard was positive feedback from those who participated. Ellaine remains a positive ambassador for what you plan to achieve with any event, and always ensures things are quick, easy, classy, and fun! We decided to go with Premier Soirees for our event because from the beginning, Ellaine just gave us a good feeling and confidence in her ability to be there for you and help the event run smoothly. During our Initial Consultation she listened to our needs and how she can provide the best possible service. She also was able to address concerns that we did not see ourselves. The ability to see the "what-ifs" spoke of her experience and talent in coordinating and planning special events. We also appreciated how accessible Ellaine was throughout the planning of the wedding even though we only hired her for day-of coordination services. She worked really well with all our vendors from the photographer, DJ, to the banquet hall staff. I received feedback that all our vendors enjoyed working with Ellaine. This just shows how she can inspire team work and results from everyone to make the wedding come together successfully. We are highly satisfied and appreciate what Ellaine and her staff did for the wedding. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything ran smoothly and so that we were able to focus on celebrating this special time in our lives with our family and friends rather then stressing about all the little details.
