I was trying to do a DIY casual beach wedding, but I was quickly over my head. It was a little over a month before my wedding and I had some plans and a few vendors but I was struggling and needed a LOT of help, when I was recommended to call Premier Soirees. Ellaine immediately jumped to action! We sat down to discuss my vision, what I had already done, and what we were missing. It was music to my ears when she would say, "Let me take care of that for you!" She took over communication with my vendors and ensured contracting was done correctly, she sourced missing vendors who were within my budget and met my needs, and she helped me work through planning logistics for the day off as the wedding and reception were at two different locations.
On my wedding day, I was entirely able to enjoy the day because of Ellaine and the Premier Soirees team. All I had to do was get myself and my husband to the beach and the rest of the day was taken care of. They set up the beach and our reception venue perfectly. They kept us on our timeline, and handled vendors throughout the day. Everything went perfectly with no issues, or if there were any, Ellaine handled it without me even knowing! It truly was a stress-free day that my husband, my family and friends, and I could just relax and enjoy.
Premier Soirees was very reasonably priced for the amazing service we received. They were worth every penny for the peace of mind they gave me. If what you are looking for is a responsive, professional, and experienced event planner, Premier Soirees is it. -

Working with Ellaine and Cat was a wonderful experience! They made preparing for the wedding a smooth and enjoyable process especially when wedding planning can be very stressful. Ellaine and Cat were a breath of fresh air getting us excited for the big day while helping us manage all the intricate details along the way. They even managed all the last-minute details and changes in such a flexible manner the week leading up to our wedding. On the day of the wedding, the Premiere Soiree team took care of us and our guests allowing us to relax and enjoy everything we had been planning together. Ellaine Calas and her team at Premier Soirees were an absolute dream to work with! From the very start, Ellaine was extremely organized and maintained great communication. She scheduled both phone and in-person meetings efficiently, offering vendor recommendations and insightful suggestions tailored to our needs. She has such great attention to detail and truly listened to what my husband and I envisioned for our wedding. Staying within budget was important for us, and Ellaine made sure to incorporate special, meaningful touches that personalized our day. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially with so many moving parts, but it doesn't have to be. We would recommend Premier Soirees without hesitation; they’ve made such a huge difference, taken the stress away, and most importantly, allowed us to be truly present and savor every moment of our special day. We are forever thankful for Ellaine and her team; they are dependable and went above and beyond for us and our families! -

I took me a while to get a wedding coordinator since I was really looking for someone who is very organize and can understand our Filipino wedding tradition. I came across with Premiersoirees and wow It's one of the best decision we made for our wedding. Ellaine is very detailed, organize and she really knows the world of wedding planning. From the first day we had her she was really there by our side making sure we have everything under control. She really went above and beyond from preparations, rehearsals, ceremony, reception details. Our family and guests noticed how our wedding is smooth and organize thanks to their team. Working with her was amazing, we didn't only find a wedding coordinator but a friend that will last a lifetime.

This review is 3 years over due but even so IT HAD TO BE DONE. If you’re looking for an event planner, look no further because Premier Soirees is top tier. Whatever you envision for your big day Ellaine and her team don’t disappoint. My husband and I were expecting over 400 guests prior to Covid hitting. Even throughout the uncertainty Ellaine stuck with us and was patient with how many times we postponed our big day. In 2022, we ended up hosting a Chinese style banquet reception with 350 guests, boba bar, dessert table, and In-N-Out for late night snack. Not only did Ellaine coordinate with all of our vendors but her team make sure my husband enjoyed our big day. On top of that they made sure our guests enjoyed every part of the day. Let me just say we went the entire day without knowing all the hiccups because Ellaine took care of it all. Unbelievable but believe it! Their professionalism showed through every step of the planning process and it was just amazing to know we were in good hands. We recently saw them again at another wedding and it’s so beautiful how you can just feel like family! Ellaine and PS Team, thank you SO much for making our dreams come to light and being a part of our lives! -

A sprinkle of magic.
We reached out to Premier Soirées to do a first birthday party for our son in 2020 but the pandemic hit shortly after. We were hopeful things would get better so we could still have the celebration. Things did not get better and we had to cancel all the planning. Premier Soirées was understanding about the unfortunate circumstance. So I knew whenever things would get better they would be my number one goto and who I put my trust in. We welcomed a baby girl in 2022. We decided to do a combo birthday party the following year since her birthday is just 3 days before her big brother’s. We came up with the idea of having an ice cream theme party and naming our event “Two Scoops” since we would be celebrating both kids. Plus who doesn’t love ice cream? This is our first party and event since the pandemic and it felt right to make it as detail and fun as possible for both kids and adults since it’s been quite some time for gatherings. I reached out to Premier Soirées in March 2023 to help me plan “Two Scoops.” Unfortunately at the time they were not available due to a wedding event for the same day we requested. I tried to reach back in April to see if they could recommend some vendors I could contact and expressing how I really wish they were available. To my surprise they would make an exception and immediately asked me questions on what I needed for the event. So we kept in touch weekly till near event day we communicated daily and I felt in good hands. They knew exactly what I wanted and helped take it to where I had imagine and more. Sometimes I over look things and they will make great recommendations. Put your trust in them because they will have your back. We had nearly 90 guest at the party and half of them being kids under 10yrs old. None of the kids got into a fight or cried and they were all happy and played together. Except we did have one incident that made my heart sink, one of the kids had a shell fish allergic reaction. My biggest fear was happening! We were not prepared and did not have any kid’s Benadryl on hand. This is a must for anyone having a party with kids. I would recommend to always have meds and a first aid kit on hand. Such a rookie mistake for us but Premier Soirées had our back and made a run to the drug store to pick up kid’s Benadryl. Thank you is not enough. They saved the party and possibly a kid’s life. As a host we don’t want any guest to be hurt or harmed no matter who’s fault it is. Their hospitality is above and beyond and they even understood as a host we often don’t get a lot of time to eat. So they made sure to get us food and drinks and checked on us constantly with any thing we may need. I am grateful for how amazing “Two Scoops” turned out with a sprinkle of magic from Premier Soirées! I hope these picture show what a memorable moment we shared with our family and friends. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Premier Soirees. They were highly recommended by my sisters-in-law, who both chose Premier Soirees as their wedding event coordinator, and we're so happy we went with them for our wedding!
My husband and I initially intended to have a small party but decided last minute to have a bigger celebration with over 200 guests and only had 2 months to plan everything. Ellaine was nothing short of amazing. We told her what we had in mind, our budget, and she was able to give us great recommendations for various vendors including catering, photography, a photobooth, and an ice cream vendor, all of which were awesome! She and her team were able to turn our vision into a reality within a short amount of time.
We were stress-free on the day of the wedding because everything ran so smoothly and looked amazing. We attribute it all to the thoughtful preparation and attention to detail that went into planning the event. While naturally it was an exciting and busy day, we appreciate that Ellaine took us off to the side and reminded us to embrace our moment together as husband and wife. You can tell she loves what she does.
We would highly recommend Premier Soirees for anyone looking for an event coordinator for their wedding. They are awesome and helped make our special day one we'll always remember. -

Ellaine is the sweetest. When we first met her she gifted us with some sweet treats and we knew she was going to take care of us. Ellaine is very responsive, detailed, and professional. She offered to take care of things I wouldn't have thought of and I'm so glad we hired her for our wedding. Our wedding was perfect and everything went very smoothly. She was very kind and personable to my parents and that was a plus. -

My husband and I can’t recommend Ellaine enough. We were so thankful to have Ellaine with us every step of the way in the planning process. She helped coordinate vendor meetings as well as asked the tough questions! There were so many things we wouldn’t of thought to ask but she covered all our bases. Best day ever!
Ellaine was recommended to us by a family member and she coordinated our wedding as if she was a part of our family. She took away A LOT of the stress the month before the wedding and set up everything up so nicely. Everything went so smoothly and whatever little bumps occurred during our wedding, she fixed it without causing any stress to me, my husband, or the wedding party. During the planning process, I would text her and email her at all random times and she never kept me waiting on her responses. Highly recommend Ellaine and her team! -

Unforgettable and Priceless
My wife and I reached out to our close friend to host and recommend a planner for our Baby Shower. We linked up with Premier Soirees and they worked with us to create an adorable and whimsical Bear themed Baby Shower within our budget. Premier Soirees always checked up with me and updated me several times a week before event day with details and questions to make sure we were on the same page. I felt comfortable working with them and it was easy for me to put my trust in them to plan a great event. I always try to accommodate all of my guest and family. It’s a lot of pressure to put on a great event especially since this was a big event. Premier Soirees let me know step by step with every detail and confirm all the vendors with me. On event day, Premiere Soirees came early to setup and I witness the magic happened as they transform the space beautifully and naturally. I was instantly gratified and had no worries from there on that I was in good hands with Premier Soirees taking care of all the planning. All of my guest loved the details and everyone left happy. My dad who never enjoy parties actually had a good time at one, which I don’t ever remember happening before. That alone is priceless to me. My dad is a workaholic and for once he was actually relaxed and enjoyed a party. He even gave a compliment the next day about how the event was successful and he noticed all the guest had a good time and left happy. Thank You is not enough Premier Soirees! This was a very special event to me and they helped make it unforgettable. -

Kristin Sent on 07/21/2018I hired Ellaine to plan and facilitate my baby shower in July. It was an absolute dream come true! This is my second baby (first was 17 years ago) and I never had the chance to throw a large shower for her. This time around I wanted to really be able to enjoy the event with family and friends and Ellaine made that possible. From venue to colors to the smallest of details on my dessert table it was perfect! I was able to give Ellaine an idea of what I was hoping to see and she made the entire event come to life. The day of my shower all I had to do was show up and it was all ready to go! I could not have asked for a better event or a better coordinator. Her gift of attention to detail and making sure that every part of my shower included a very personal touch of either myself or my husband was included. She’s amazing!
