Chef Chihjen Lui, better known as Chef Chino to his friends and colleagues, is a native New Yorker whose passion for the culinary arts began as an ambitious-driven teenager right out of high school. Chef Chino worked his way up from a prep cook, in his younger years, to managing kitchens for corporate restaurants such as P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory and held the Executive Sous Chef position for Chef Myron Mixon. With 18 years under his belt, he is a true hands on, self taught and all around versatile chef with experience in various styles, cooking Asian Latin Fusion being his current passion. Chef Chino brings an unparalleled and innovative modern flair to the table and is currently the Executive Chef at Premier Beverage Catering. Chef Chino has the honor showcasing his take on traditional dishes based on his personal roots.
