Prego Ristoranti was fabulous and SO flexible! They let me bring in my own dessert, replaced their dessert with an appetizer course, added a surprise guest less than 24 hours before my event, and didn't charge me when one guest didn't make it. Carmen's email sometimes junks legitimate emails, so it's best to talk to her on the phone or in person. Everything was lovely and Carmen even lent us her own personal champange flutes and cake cutting set. It was fabulous!
