Madelyn fulfilled all our paper needs (and dreams) for our September 2026 wedding, throughout all stages of planning. She is extremely knowledgeable and insightful, absolutely AMAZING to work with, and she went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our wedding weekend.

With Posey we had a truly authentic person-to-person experience in designing all our paper goods to feel unique and personal to us. While there are other print services out there, what Madelyn provides cannot be boiled down to a menu of options or list of templates - it was really customized to us, our interests and preferences, and how we wanted our guests to feel.

Madelyn was instrumental in brainstorming, designing, and printing the most thoughtful and beautiful paper goods for every stage of our wedding planning journey, including:
1. Save the dates
2. Wedding invitations with full suite of inserts/details
3. “Day-of Paper” including bar signage, seating cards, table numbers and menus, weekend welcome card for our welcome bags, and finally a full custom seating chart display personalized to our design elements. All of the day-of paper design was either unique to us or tied back in to the original design elements of our invitations

We don’t reside in Rochester, but held our wedding there and made several visits during the year of planning. We loved visiting the print shop to share ideas live, look at materials, etc - and when we weren’t able to go in person, Madelyn was lovely and communicative via email or video calls as needed. She was also extremely patient and gracious with us as we honed every font and letter, and as additional needs arose closer to the wedding.

We can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed working with Madelyn and how happy we were with all of the paper goods involved in our wedding weekend. Her prices are extremely fair and competitive, the product is high-quality, and the experience is unmatched. We wish we had opportunity to work with her again sooner, and can’t recommend her enough!

Maddy at Posey Letterpress is brilliant! I came to her with an idea for what I wanted for my save the dates and wedding invitations and she delivered beyond my wildest expectations! The amount of detail and love she puts into her work is incredible..from the seed paper used for our save the dates (guests could plant the paper after!) to the envelope liners and variety of colors to choose from and how everything tied together so beautifully. She was responsive and attentive to the details and asks for our special day. 10/10 - will go back for other gifts (stationery, thank you cards, etc.) and occasions (baby shower, birthday party invites) in the future!

Maddy was wonderful to work with! I absolutely loved working with her, and she really understood and captured my vision for the wedding. She has impeccable attention to detail and went above and beyond creating all the paper goods. There’s just something so elegant and timeless about letterpress that really elevates an event. She created my inner and outer envelope with a liner, wedding invitation, RSVP card with pre-addressed return envelope, reception card, details card, venue map, seating chart, menus with individualized bellybands (place cards), table numbers, and monogram that I used for the dancefloor and napkins.

I was so thankful to have someone help me combine two very different styles into one cohesive look for my wedding. We wanted a formal invite and Posey Letterpress did just that. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and personalized invite for such a special day!
