I cannot say enough incredible things about Pope's Florist! We recently got married at Glen Flora Country Club in Waukegan and chose Pope's as our wedding florist. From the day we initially met to the wedding day, everything came together seamlessly! Jean and Pat really understood my vision! They knew just what I wanted and more. They gave me the most incredible romantic, Pinterest-worthy worthy flowers. From the flowing greenery and beautiful floral piece for our wedding arch, to the incredible bouquets for all of our sweet bridal party, everything was perfect! I wanted a large, sprawling bouquet and they gave me everything I wanted! They are incredibly gracious and helpful, and have the best customer service. I would recommend Pope's to anyone, because they are that good!

I was not a typical pink/red/white roses bride. I wanted my flowers to bring a fresh bright palette with some Southern Charm. POPE'S FLORIST did just that. The pinterest photos I brought in were expertly replicated and completely gorgeous. Pat (the employee who helped us) also gave us words of wisdom about some flower choices as well so that our flowers would last all day. I would definitely use them again

Pope's Florist organized my wedding flowers. I worked with Pat and she was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She provided recommendations to keep the price low subbing out more expensive flowers with less expensive flowers that gave the same look. My bouquet was gorgeous and she was so fun to work with! They delivered everything right on time and the flowers looked beautiful throughout the night. I'm so happy that I chose Pope's Florist and would highly recommend them if you're looking for someone who will help with decisions and provide you with flowers at a great cost!

I was very disappointed with this place because it has been well known and around for many years. We ordered my bouquet, flower balls flower petals, and a tossing bouqet. The only thing right was the bouquet which was beautiful and the flower balls. The flowers were late, instead of giving me the petals they gave me the whole flower, and no tossing bouquet, luckly my venue (parkway banquets) was able to make a toss bouqet from the whole flowers and they had some petals we were able to use. Over all I wasnt happy with the outcome of this florist.

so...they are very nice over there & I would like to say nice things, but stuff came out real wrong. They gave me a partial refund but it was pretty infuriating to have your ceremony flowers the wrong color. I made all my reception centerpieces, they made all the ceremony wearables & my bouquet. Half of my bouquet was fake flowers I provided them with....all they had to do was add a few berries, some dusty miller, & some pale pink roses...the roses they gave me were bright orange...so my bouquet & all the boutonnieres where all bright frickn orange, when they knew my colors were light pinks. They looked absolutely horrible. Apparently the shop was closed that Saturday so all that could be done was leave a message..... amazingly infuriating! I had to send someone out to get replacements at the grocery store, which obviously cost money, plus I had to pray they didn't just fall out of the bouquet because I couldn't really take it apart at all; just rip the orange out n stuff the pink in. & the boutonnieres were just cheep looking grocery store boutonnieres... now forever in photos. My biggest upset in this was that it took time away from photographs...I have photos of people without flowers... photos with crumby boutonnieres... everything was delayed... I had about an hour taken away of photos which I payed for & obviously I will never have the photos we didn't take. I also had them add 2 charms to my bouquet.. they said they'd wrap them on all cute.. no, they just knotted them on like I would expect a kid to, n that looked pretty stupid.
