Finding the right photographer took time and it was worth it. Once we found PopMod we were sold! We love their use of color, action shots, candid shots and ability to really capture the moment. We planned our Detroit Michigan wedding from Arizona, talking to Ryan and Courtney on the phone and through email was simple. PopMod was willing to do our engagement shoot while we were in town and perfectly lined up timelines with my hair and make up trial. They even went with the flow when there was a huge storm during our outdoor shoot. We got married at The Guardian Building which has minimal lightly and they were able to make every shot perfect. They followed the timeline and helped re-direct the crew when we got off schedule. I loved their use of time which is critical on a wedding day. I loved working with Courtney and Ryan and highly recommend PopMod for any photography need.

Courtney and Ryan exceeded our expectations. Our engagement photos are unique and dreamy. We’ve never had professional photos done and immediately they made us feel comfortable and they captured us in a beautiful way. We aren’t fussy people normally and they made the process feel easy and genuine to us. We will cherish these photos forever and we are already excited to get more special moments captured by them.

We LOVED working with Ryan & Courtney from Pop Mod Photo. They were always prompt in responding to my emails and were helpful when I had questions when we were planning. On our wedding day they were great sports with our goofy wedding party, laughing and joking along with us, like we'd all been friends for years. And the photos were breath-taking!
