We had an AMAZING wedding cake baked by Pollman’s! It was delicious, and was beautiful (just what I asked for!)!! We always choose Pollman’s for everything, and we are so glad we chose them for our wedding cake!

Rose Pollman and her staff created a beautiful lace and gold sprayed wedding cake and an awesome grooms cake shaped like a stack for law books. The price was great and the cakes were absolutely delicious.

I contacted Pollman's within the last month of my wedding after things fell through with another baker. Pollman's was so quick to respond and get me in for a consultation. It was evident immediately that they know what they are doing with wedding cakes. They have hands-down the best price in town for the quality of cake you are getting. Our cakes (grooms and wedding) got so many compliments on the taste and texture (and look of course) by guests that I know don't even really like cake!

We ordered my wedding cake, his groom's cake and a dessert table from Pollman's. Everything was absolutely delicious. I made it clear that I did not want a dry cake (as I've had them at weddings before and it's awful) and it was exactly what I wanted. It was beautiful and tasted amazing. The groom's cake and the dessert table were also big hits. My only regret is that I did not get any of the dessert table because everything was already gone by the time I got to it!!

Best wedding cakes I've ever had and mine was no exception! The chocolate ganache was simply amazing. Pollman's is quick and efficient and the delivery charge was lower than other bakeries that were much closer. They also make a one year anniversary cake for you for no charge so you don't have to save your cake topper!

Cake was so delicious!! Still eating it two weeks after wedding! Rose Pollman is very sweet and very professional, and she makes the most delicious cakes. Once you hire her, you don't have to worry about a thing.

Pollman's did a wonderful job on both our wedding and groom's cake! The cakes were delicious and beautiful. They were very responsive to what we wanted, and from what I could tell, had some of the best prices in town.

My cake was a 3 tier white cake with white icing and a delicious raspberry filling. It was moist and tasty. It was also very pretty. Rose did a wonderful job on the cake and worked together with my florist on the design that I wanted for the cake.

Pollman's was an exceptional value! Both cakes were amazing and tasted even better.
