We had an AMAZING wedding cake baked by Pollman’s! It was delicious, and was beautiful (just what I asked for!)!! We always choose Pollman’s for everything, and we are so glad we chose them for our wedding cake!

Rose Pollman and her staff created a beautiful lace and gold sprayed wedding cake and an awesome grooms cake shaped like a stack for law books. The price was great and the cakes were absolutely delicious.

I contacted Pollman's within the last month of my wedding after things fell through with another baker. Pollman's was so quick to respond and get me in for a consultation. It was evident immediately that they know what they are doing with wedding cakes. They have hands-down the best price in town for the quality of cake you are getting. Our cakes (grooms and wedding) got so many compliments on the taste and texture (and look of course) by guests that I know don't even really like cake!

We ordered my wedding cake, his groom's cake and a dessert table from Pollman's. Everything was absolutely delicious. I made it clear that I did not want a dry cake (as I've had them at weddings before and it's awful) and it was exactly what I wanted. It was beautiful and tasted amazing. The groom's cake and the dessert table were also big hits. My only regret is that I did not get any of the dessert table because everything was already gone by the time I got to it!!

Best wedding cakes I've ever had and mine was no exception! The chocolate ganache was simply amazing. Pollman's is quick and efficient and the delivery charge was lower than other bakeries that were much closer. They also make a one year anniversary cake for you for no charge so you don't have to save your cake topper!

Cake was so delicious!! Still eating it two weeks after wedding! Rose Pollman is very sweet and very professional, and she makes the most delicious cakes. Once you hire her, you don't have to worry about a thing.

Pollman's did a wonderful job on both our wedding and groom's cake! The cakes were delicious and beautiful. They were very responsive to what we wanted, and from what I could tell, had some of the best prices in town.

My cake was a 3 tier white cake with white icing and a delicious raspberry filling. It was moist and tasty. It was also very pretty. Rose did a wonderful job on the cake and worked together with my florist on the design that I wanted for the cake.

Pollman's is such an amazing bakery, their treats are always delicious! They are crowded at times and could use more staff to accommodate this, but still have great baked goods.

Amazing experience!

Pollman's was amazing to work with! I had such a hard time and was getting so stressed out trying to find a vendor for our wedding cake. No other vendors would even respond to me! Being that our wedding was out of town and we didn't know the area well didn't help either. Finally someone who I work with told me to call Pollman's and the next day someone called me and set up a cake tasting! When I got there they were SO kind. They let me try any and every kind of cake that came to mind. The only reason I gave 4 stars on quality of service was because we ordered an extra cake and it was not delivered on the day of, but really, it wasn't missed. They did exactly what I wanted for our wedding cake and it turned out beautifully and was delicious! Their prices were also WAY more reasonable than anywhere else! Absolutely love them!

Pollman's was great! Mrs. Rosie was so nice and helpful. Their cake samples were the tastiest out of any we tried, and the prices were cheaper as well. I do wish I would have taken their advice about the bottom of my cake though, I was told it would probably look better with white rosettes and I requested blue. It would have looked much more clean with the white, so when Mrs. Rosie gives you advice, take it! The top two tiers of my cake were beautiful, though. And yummy! We ordered a smaller groom's cake too and cookies, they were delicious as well.

Pollman's did an awesome job! They were the most friendly and was one of the best experiences we have had with any baker. Rose was so sweet. The day of the wedding, I wanted to add on a dobash cake to the delivery. I figured it would be too late and was ready for the disappointment. However, they were happy to do it and my groom was so surprised and happy when he saw his favorite cake! Highly recommend!

Great experience with Pollman's! The value cannot be beat and everyone LOVED our wedding cake. They were great with listening to our preferences and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use again. Would have given 5 stars but email responses from them were a bit slow but we did always hear back!

Our wedding cake was everything we wanted! They matched the fondant bow to the color of the bow on my gown! Plus, the cake was so delicious. The best part was that we received a free topper on our 1st anniversary!

I got my wedding cake from Pollman's and it was beautiful and delicious! It was also very reasonably priced. I don't live in Mobile so I had to do all of my planning via phone and email and they were willing to work with me. I emailed a picture of the cake I wanted and it is exactly what I got. I would definitely recommend them.
