As the mother of the bride and a caterer and event planner, my expectations of this venue were high. The owners, and their staff far exceeded those expectations. This a beautiful place and the staff was superb to say the least. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They attended to every detail and all of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. So if you are looking for a place for a wedding or event, this is THE place!

Jessica and her team were wonderful to work with! The venue is absolutely breathtaking and I cannot count how many complements we got on everything! They worked with us through everything from start to finish and our rehearsal and wedding were exactly what we hoped for!! I would recommend this venue to ANYONE looking for a vineyard, rustic, vintage, or barn theme!! Would book them again in a heart beat!

Pointe D’Vine did an incredible job with our wedding. Took my vision and ran with it! On the wedding day, they took care of everything- decorations, set-up, making sure vendors were on time and in the right location, making sure I had everything I needed! Made the day a fairy-tale.
The location is incredible- beautiful view of the bluffs, and the barn is breathtaking! The staff is proactive, friendly and professional. Received so many compliments on the venue and staff - I am very happy I was able to find them!

Our daughter wanted a rustic and elegant outdoor wedding and Pointe D'Vine was the perfect fit. The owners were so helpful in coordinating, setting up, providing rustic props, moving chairs, and managing those last minute details for us. They were open to our Pintrest inspired ideas and really helped us bring them to reality. The location has a spectacular view from the bluff over the river valley and has a beautifully restored barn. Three weeks after the wedding, our friends are still talking about how beautiful it was. As for us, we are most grateful for the Speckhart family's willingness to make our daughter's day exactly as she imagined.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the value, quality of service, and professionalism that we experienced in having our wedding reception at Pointe D'Vine. Our cocktail hour was held in the barn that was renovated remarkably well with plenty of room for our guests. The reception was held under a large tent in main bluff area with a dance floor under the tent as well as another large dance floor under the stars! So many of our guests were telling us how much they enjoyed the casual atmosphere, outdoor feel, and vintage vibe that our wedding had, and we were blown away as well! The sun was setting over the Mississippi valley just as our guests were being served dinner, what a view! It all came together better than we could have ever anticipated, truly an amazing location and setting.

The Speckharts are truly one of a kind and we could not be happier with our entire planning and wedding day experience! We HIGHLY recommend using them to anyone to wants to have a very unique and customized wedding experience!

Wow, where do I even begin? Yes, the view is absolutely gorgeous, and the price is VERY reasonable, but the Speckhardt family is what makes this venue so amazing. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything it was. My wedding planner couldn't make it last minute, but I hardly knew she wasn't there because Rita and her family stepped up. From the day we went to visit for the first time until wedding day, the Speckhardts were so helpful in the wedding planning process. They were quick to respond to emails or phone calls, and offered lots of helpful advice. They have quite a collection of rental items you can use to decorates (for a VERY reasonable price) and are very talented at decorating. They also just finished renovating their old barn that looks like it should belong on pinterest! I could go on for days.... All in all, if you want a venue that your guests won't forget for a great price plus an incredible staff, choose Pointe D'Vine! You won't regret it =)

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Pointe D'Vine. The Speckharts went above and beyond to make our wedding day happen. On our wedding day, it rained most of the day, which caused extra work and last minute changes to our plans. The Speckharts worked extremely hard before, during, and after our wedding to make sure that the ceremony and reception went smoothly. I cannot even list all the things they did to help, and I'm sure there are many things they did that I didn't even realize. They did everything from setting up the reception tent, to escorting guests in the golf cart, to wiping the mud off my shoes for me! They were constantly working to make sure my day was not ruined by the rain. Our friends and family also noticed their hard work. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the setting was and on the uniqueness of it. Even though the weather was far from ideal for a reception in a tent, I'm still glad I chose Pointe D'Vine for our wedding.

Pointe D Vine was the setting for our daughter’s wedding on May 17, 2014. The whole Speckhart family went over and above to ensure that the grounds were in great shape, that the BARN was renovated, that both the tent and barn were set up and ready to be enjoyed by our guests. Not only did they work so diligently before the wedding to be ready, but during the wedding they were visible in the transporting of guests by golf cart. They made sure that wedding gifts, cards that were left in barn when we made our way to the tent were locked securely in their home (even though we said that plans were that groomsmen would move these to a car) somehow the best plans did not always get executed by our wedding party but the Speckhart’s took care of it without even asking us for further direction. IT was so, so helpful as there are so many details to attend to. It was so great to have them around the venue the whole time to ward off any potential issues. As parents of the bride we had a lot of concern about the reception being held in a tent. Rita just really did help so very much to make sure all was set up and ready to go for us. Since our daughter was married in town we could not be at the venue all day. We learned the day after the beautiful event that many things did not go as we were told they would by some vendors, but she made sure things were taken care of an did not call once to worry us about it. Rita really is a gem. She works very hard doing everything and anything at her beloved home and vineyard yet she makes a quick turnaround into evening clothes and attends to the guests like they were her own family. Her husband, Gary seemed to be the quiet yet strong force helping to propel the dream of Pointe D Vine forward. He answered questions, welcomed us time and again into his home, and the family barn…he was always willing to help in any way. Aaron and Jessica were also indispensable.

The venue is one of the best you'll find, absolutely stunning views and a very inviting atmosphere. The Speckhart family did a great job helping plan and make sure everything came together. They went above and beyond to make sure our special day had as little stress as possible. We would 100% recommend Pointe D'Vine to any couple looking to plan a beautiful and affordable wedding!

We fell in love with this venue after seeing others married there. The staff are great to work with and on the day of, they make everything look easy and effortless. Responses to emails can be slow and frustrating, but every time we interacted with Jessica, we forgot all about our frustrations. In person, Jessica puts an engaged couple at ease in an instant. Aside from that one thing, I would still choose this location over and over again. This venue is the most beautiful in our area, hands down. Everything about our wedding turned out amazing and we were even told it was described as "a fairy tale" by one of our guests.
